Kept us over 4+ hours for unloading, and they only unloaded us by then after we and the other drivers complained repeatedly. Stated they couldn't unload until they had empty trailers, and they had no idea when they would be there, so they expected us to wait in line literally all day. If it weren't for us complaining, they would have easily kept us the entire day, possibly even until the next day. Wouldn't communicate, ridiculous wait times, will never deliver there again. If you deliver here, you will not make your next appointment.

This is the worst load ever. I came in at 11: 15am. There was 14 trucks ahead of me. Plus, no one here speaks English nor respect appointment times. They didn't even tell me if I had to re-scale empty. I mean, like you can be in China and they have more common sense and common courtesy and order than here. Even children with crayon boxes have more order. I'm still in line waiting to get to a dock door to be unloaded. Then, I had to re-scale empty and come back to the receiver just so that they could tell me the paper is in another building.
