Not only did they have my car over a month looks like my driver side mirror has been replaced with a dummy mirror meaning the mirror I had on the car when I dropped it off it's not the mirror that it was on the car the original mirror had a yellow light up the indicate Heat or when the car was close to it I now have a translucent mirror not to mention he said he had an issue and had to replace the airbag I have nothing but dirty fingerprint marks all on the passenger side where they replaced the the airbag it was supposed to be 14 hours worth of work that turned into a month if I could give them a zero I would I don't know why my shoes in the trunk ended up in the backseat my warranty people said they said something about the transmission no work was done on the transmission I can go on and on zero my book I will never try to be cheap again I will always go to the BMW dealer from now on

Shout out of thanks to Austin and the crew at Eagle. Transmission problems are never fun. What made mine more challenging was it was previously "remanufactured" by a shop in Michigan and still covered by their warranty. Austin had the patience to work with myself and that shop to identify the problem, and work with the out of state shop to get at least part of the needed work covered by them. Austin made it a point to keep me up to date throughout the process of problem diagnosis, repair, and post-repair follow-up to confirm the transmission was working properly. THANK YOU! You've earned the right to be my shop now that I'm here in Houston.

I've never had better service. These guys are absolutely the BEST, shout out to Austin as well. These guys worked with me and went out of their way to get my car up and running IN 1 WEEK and fought for me when warranty company said 10 weeks! Austin even helped me with finding a place for my daughter's medical stuff. They're very good at what they do, helped me deal with warranty people and I couldn't be more thankful. Words do not describe how great these guys are.

Austin is the most knowledgeable person I know about transmission repairs or any other automotive repairs. I am proud that I met him and then he does any repairs to my vehicle.

Diagnostic fee $150 + $4.50 admin fee is pretty high. They did a good job diagnosing my trucks issues, but two repairs (spark plug and wires done 2 years previously and timing belt kit replacement which was already done) were recommended on top of rear differential ($3k for used with 132k miles) plus fuel filter, brake fluid, coolant replacement, transmission fluid would be $6k total. I ended up selling my vehicle to CarMax for that amount, so doing these repairs would have been costly and a bad decision. If you already have a trusted mechanic, then get a second opinion because mine never charges for evaluating the condition or recommending repairs which is the business model that they need to adopt to earn more business. The two truck driver said Pearland Eagle location gets a lot of busines, but maybe because people do not check around. Do your homework and get another opinion if you are not handy and do not know a lot about cars otherwise any place can take you for a ride!

Austin did an incredible job of communicating with us on our car as well as making the process of going through our extended warranty company completely seamless. I never had to call in to ask on the status of my car- I received constant updates and they completed the work faster than their time estimation. The office is very clean and well organized - it’s very obvious they have an efficient business model. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues that require work on my car, but this is the only shop I will bring it to if I do! Thanks again!

Just called to hear a ball park price on a transmission and but the guy refused to give me any info and wanted me to bring the car for an inspection even though I explained that I had the car at another shop ready to be fixed and just wanted to better the price. I told him how much I was being charged but no lick on any quote. Seemed fishy to me.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest place to take your car, Eagle Transmission is the place for you! Austin took the time to do a thorough, exhaustive transmission check and was extremely respectful and honest throughout the whole process. It is important to me to know that I can trust what my mechanic has to say and that my questions can be answered to my satisfaction. Kudos to the staff!

This shop is amazing! They bend over backwards to make sure you get great service and they even make up for terrible extended warranties where they can. We have had work done on a 2014 F150 and currently having work done on a 2018 Camaro. They always answer the phone and are great communicators! Their prices are also very reasonable. Thanks again Eagle for being awesome!

First of all, these guys are GREAT! They kept me up to date through constant texts and calls. My vehicle was completed when they told me it would and I didn’t have to mortgage my house, or sell the kids, to pay for it. I have used them for several years on multiple vehicles and I am always pleased with the service.

BTW: Austin likes “cute puppy pics and videos”. (Once you have used them you will understand)

We have taken our Nissan Rogue into Eagle three times in the past 2 years. Before going to Eagle we took the car to the dealer in Galveston for a diagnostic and estimate. Both dealer estimates involved a new transmission and appeared to be inflated. Eagle provided a more specific diagnostic of the problem and a more targeted repair. After a year the problem of the Rogue going into "limp" mode returned intermittently. A notorious Rogue transmission issue. They kept the car for a week and could not identify a problem. There was no charge but a promise to address the problem if it returned. They didn't try to change a part and say it was fixed they provided their best advice.

We returned for a different problem after having been to the dealer for another inflated estimate and the service was spot on and timely.

Our problems were extensive and not cheap to repair but the problems were solved and a promise to support us with future issues was sincere.

Awesome shop, great mechanics. Austin was super nice and professional. They do not shotgun or throw parts at your vehicle to temporarily solve the problem, they actually troubleshoot and isolate the issue to find the root cause which is definitely a tell tale sign of competent mechanics, I highly recommend these guys and will be coming back to them for future work
