I went this to place and the guys say no small to and so rude. I didn’t started small talk with him. It’s seems like to me this guys are racist. Do not recommend this place.

Read the reviews and take your business elsewhere. The guy that works here is rude and unprofessional beyond words.

I had an absolute worst experience for i9 at this place and would ask you NOT to visit this location for the same purpose.

1. The guy was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to help me on my face (it was apparent that he did not want to help me based on my skin color because the person who came in after me for the appointment received a way more friendlier treatment from this person)

2. I felt completely humiliated here. My greencard had expired but I had a valid notice from USCIS confirming my eligibility to work and live in the US! THIS IS A VALID DOCUMENT and the person (long haired one) REFUSED TO ACCEPT that document and when I asked him the reason, he told me he cannot as the fieldprint screen did not show that document. I told him that there has to be a way that this document is accepted as this is the document that I have that confirms my eligibility to work. He flat out refused and CANCELLED my appointment on my face. I requested him to talk to fieldprint people but he refused again!

I seriously wish I could give this place a negative rating!

The old guy definitely is mentally disturbed and rude. I had my I9 verification booked and was met with this arrogant guy who started to act very angry for no reason. I would not recommend this place to any decent person. The guy in charge doesn't understand that his business is reliant on customers.

The employee was rude and not really helping customers even when he is free.

Not recommended to use this location, they have to get some training an management has to look into this.

An absolutely horrible experience getting my I-9 verification completed. I arrived 3 mins early to my appointment, which would ordinarily be considered courteous. But the man who was opening the store was obviously annoyed that I was waiting outside and very rudely told me, “We aren’t open yet. ” I stood outside (in the summer Texas heat, melting…) and he never once motioned to me that it was okay to enter. When I finally decided to open the door, he continued to make rude and negative comments, not only to me but to the woman who was scheduled for her appointment right after me. I cannot fathom how miserable this man must be to purposely and needlessly be rude to customers who he has been paid to service. Absolutely mind blowing. If I could give him zero stars, I would. Turns out, after reading other reviews, that this must be his norm. Poor man. Nothing short of pathetic.

Steve is absolutely fantastic, we had a best Service from him and the best part was he is been doing it from past 26 years, Steve had wealth of the knowledge in Postal services. Keep up the best client Service Steve.

Don’t come here for fingerprinting or I9 it’s not worth it. As others have said the guy is extremely rude for no reason. Doesn’t greet you with a hello or say goodbye when you go. He just berates you because he’s having a bad day and is stressed out and wants to take it out on customers. He clearly does not care about the fingerprinting or I9 customers since they don’t affect his business. Get your appointment literally anywhere else

I went in to return some textbooks which I needed a receipt for. I walked in while the older caucasian man with white hair was on the phone and he immediately rudely told me to leave my boxes in the corner because he “didn’t have time for this right now. ” Granted, I hadn’t even said anything to him. I walked in waiting for him to finish what he was doing. Then, an African american woman kindly told me to leave her my email so she could send me a receipt. Shocked by this experience. The man was so rude for no reason.

The guy running this place doesnt understand that logistics s rapidly changing just like america.the guy at the front desk is rude and you can tell by his rhetoric that he never learned that change is inevitable.i see otjhers have commented hes been racist, ive personally seen him scream at people in the store because hes in a bad mood.i hear hes the owner so hes just grumpy because his business is going down hill and hes a 1 trick pony

If I could give it zero stars I would. The shop owner (the older guy with white hair) has the nastiest, ugliest attitude.

I made an appointment at 8: 30 am to fill out I-9 paperwork. He was late and blamed me for being on time. No apology. Another lady was waiting as well and stated she was in a rush "because Indians are like that. " Then proceeded to tell me he's not racist because his girlfriend is black (like it matters or I even care).

Rude, disgusting, offensive, unprofessional, arrogant - the list goes on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Paid significant amount for shipping. Item was not shipped in any package, Would definitely not recommend.

I wish I could give this place 0 star. This man has very little respect for immigrants studying or working in America. He was making disturbing remarks about the immigrants customers before me which made me feel attacked even he wasn’t saying anything directly. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked out and took my business somewhere else. Wasted my precious hours going to this place. Absolutely stay away.

The elder gentleman took care of my appointment real quick and was very efficient. He was working alone while doing his tasks quickly as possible and making sure it was done right so that people don’t have to wait for long to get their service.

To ask again) but yes the guy with the long hair has ALWAYS been super helpful and patient with my needs. So thank you Mr. Long hair! I know he has my back for whatever my needs are!
