My old Chevy pickup had an internal transmission failure. Given the amount of work that needed to be done, I received a quote that I was more than happy with. On top of this, Frank was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the whole process of the repair. He and his guys did a great job and got me back on the road. Their business card now has a front row seat in my wallet! I highly recommend these guys.

Feel like I got over charged and still have to pay 400$ just to change the fluid and filter every year. When I got my truck back it had a dead battery, was super dusty and had a big black grease stain on my front fender. Now my window has a whistle in it cause they messed up my window and didn’t tell me they tried to fix it.got told they had payment plans available and when I tried to set it up it was just a credit card so it messed up my credit.

I have worked with this team for a long time! Highly recommended for great work and they are definitely One to Trust!

Called Ntb to see who they would use if it was too tough for them Eagle, yep go to Eagle on 380. Frank at Eagle got me going.

Eagle Transmission Team are patient and understanding. They worked with me with payments even had a good credit card to sign up with for car repairs for the remaining balance. If you are new to the mechanic world like me and only have one car do know it will take at least 3 WKs until ur vehicle is fixed. Don't be scared to to ask anything and be firm.

We have a 2006 White Nissan Frontier that our daughter uses for college. On Thursday 7/20/2023 the transmission linkage broke and we couldn't get the truck out of reverse. I called Eagle Transmission in McKinney and Frank was able to get a tow truck over to our house and we had it towed to Eagle. They were very busy and when they were able to get our truck in, they fixed the problem immediately. Since this was such a small amount of work, Frank didn't charge us for the service and sent us on our way. We are very grateful and have been using this particular Eagle Transmission for many years so we are repeat customers.

Frank and George are good people. I didn't ask for a courtesy ride to work that day, but George waved me down and offered me a ride as I was walking. My car is serviced and sounds much better.

Guys did me great. Got my truck in and checked it out. It was hard shifting and they were able to figure out how to make it better.
Would recommend them to anyone with transmission issues.

I am so grateful for the technicians and for Frank Black at Eagle Transmission for helping me yesterday. My car completely stopped right in front of their shop on 380. I was so upset and didn't know what I was going to do. Frank reassured me and told me not to worry that they would help me. They did just that and I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty. I would most definitely recommend them. It was refreshing to see honesty and respect in this type of situation.

I've been working on cars for 18 years and recently wanted to get into transmission rebuilding, I worked here for 2 weeks and can definitely tell you this is not a place you wanna take your car, Frank the manager is a dirty old man that like to watch inappropriate videos during work hours, from my experience in the automotive field George or John are not knowledgeable in the new complex computer systems on these vehicles on the the road today.in all those years I have not seen a shop with a bigger vehicle comeback.

Working out of town and car quit accelerating as I left Baylor Scott and White. Luckily pulled into this transmission shop and Frank was wonderful! Even though they were slammed he got one of the guys to diagnose my car (for free) and offered to get the part and fix it so I could make the 2 hour drive home. FYI. It was not my transmission that was acting up but Frank was willing to help. This kind of service is hard to find these days. I appreciate kind people that go out of their way to help others! 5 stars!

I don't leave reviews very often, but this is truly the worst place I've had my car checked out before. I had transmission work done (seals and axle) replaced. Took my car for a checkout, I was told it would be free, and could possibly pick it up the next day. 2 Weeks later, I go pick it up, they looked at my engine (was told transmission would be) It's a no start. They said it was a starter issue. They tried jumping and hitting it and no avail. (wouldn't do it with me there, only insisted I buy a starter) Towed it to my shop. Jumped and started first time. It was at 14 CCA. I was there to get my car towed, heard him tell someone on the phone transmission check out would he free, but I was told it would be about $250-300. Rude, Lying, and Stealing. I wouldn't recommend for even a battery replacement
