THE ABSOLUTE WORST WORST WORST UTILITY COMPANY EVER and we moved from California! The fact that "they don't offer online payments" and you have to go in to physically pay the water bill is archaic at best not to mention, I love how half of my water bill consist of fees? Fees for what? There is not a payment website nor is there a convent way to pay so what are we paying to people to disrespect us?

Worst mud water district in the entire Houston Metro area if we didn't have to have water from this company I would drop them like a rock. And not taking a credit card or online bill pay it's just moralistic. They knew that their bank had sold to another company had a long time to prepare and they didn't.

The took down their payment site because they are transitioning to a new web site. So now we are forced into the stone ages of paying their bill until they get their $&@! Together. How about setting up the new site before taking down the old one? Weak sauce.

Worst ever! Water either smells like the lake or pool chlorine. No in between. The unfortunate part is, they are the ONLY choice! UGH!

I went to pay my bill, there was only 1 customer in office at the time. There was plenty of space to socially distance myself for safety reasons which of course I understand. I was told only 1 customer at a time, to wait outside. I waited outside for almost 10 minutes in the rain, thinking there would be some kind of exception. I ended up just dropping my bill off in the after hours box. I was just hesitant because a year prior my payment was "lost. " I don't understand why the customer service here is horrible. Look at all the ratings, something needs to change.

We are new owners of the area and went to this establishment to set up our water for our new home. We have experienced the worst customer service at this business we have ever had. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and very short with us. Eagle Water needs to be concerned with how she treats people. This type of treatment is uncalled for and she be addressed immediately. We were very disgusted and disappointed with how little she cared about her services.

I'm a single female who lives alone and my monthly water bill is always over $100. I don't understand why. I only use the water to bathe and clean with. I drink bottled water. I stopped running my sprinkler when my first months' bill came out to over $300. This company is ridiculous. I just moved to Spring from Arlington. Same size house out there and my water bill was never over $60. Something just doesn't add up here.

I am only posting a review because I have never in my life owned a home where a water bill is always more than $60 a month and has reached more than $120 a month. When you call the facility to speak to anyone and you ask questions about the three individual fees of water, sewer, and HCRWA, they quickly get an attitude with the customer for questioning their absurd bill. Many of my most recent bills use 3000 gallons or less of water in the bill is always $60-$75 but if you use 14,000 gallons of water by accident the bill is $120.

I and others that live next to Mud #18 are all extremely disappointed in the total lack of regard for our properties and well-being. None of us object to Eagle Water Management replacing the fence around the Mud #18 facility on Oak Bluff Drive. However, to do it with NO notice is very unprofessional. Suddenly our properties were opened up to the street exposing thousands of dollars in possessions and in my case, nobody was home. I was not home the prior night or the morning the work started. Without the fence, the garage was also easily accessible, garage door wide open. Even the house, may have been accessible. I don't always lock the back door, because the yard WAS totally fenced in with your property fence and fencing with re-enforced plywood in others areas and no gates. Totally secure, or so I thought. I came home to fine the property totally exposed with two workers working on the opposite site of the lot and no supervision or security guard. One worker didn't speak any English and the other said he was not in charge.

You unilaterally assumed the right to trespass on our properties, leaving fence debris with upturned nails. There are also sprinkler lines running along the fence lines and wires for internet and cable services. No marking flags were or are visible. I had no opportunity to remove items attached to the fence that was facing our yard. Owners with dogs were not notified. Nobody had any idea how long it would take or whether there would be any night time security. My first call to Eagle management, didn't yield any information. Evidently, no one was present that new what was going on. I was promised a call back, it never occurred. Hours later, my second call did finally yield a call back.

Is this really the best you can do when managing a project?

Eagle water Management are nearly 20 years completing in this service to public, Now they need to start payment online because due to busy life everyone can't remember with financial bank on monthly basis.
Secondly how we can connect with Harris count water department to see our account because Eagle water management didn't have proper account numbers or issued number are not registered in county.

They were very helpful. Online payments are no problem. It just takes a scoche of responsibility on the customers part. I imagine the 1 stars are just lazy slaps.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. Absolute joke we cannot choose our own water company. Nothing but issues from this place for nine going on 10 years. You would think you would see some improvement from all the disappointed customers. Unfortunately, Eagle Water Management does not care anout us.
