4Since becoming a part of Wyndam, they want to charge you an extra $20 a night. No thanks, I won't stay here again, which sucks because they were my go-to place when I'm in town for work.
Now shower head when I went to shower. Couch in living room looked very old and slanted, beds were not comfortable to me at all. Customer service was great they enter wrong card number so after my stay and back home they called for the right card number so they could charge me then. When called for shower head Cassie was quick to respond and fixed it quickly she also checked us in after 9pm quickly and very nice.
Location is great being how it's off the main road (you don't have to listen to traffic) the service is pretty good, the rooms are quite clean and not very expensive to rent, the parking is good too and it's wheelchair accessible that's a plus
This hotel is amazing. Absolutely the best in the entire area. I travel all over the United States and stay in hundreds of hotels, and this place exceeded almost all expectations. You get your own apartment. The washer and dryer is in the room at no additional cost. Full kitchen, living room area, and separate bedroom. The only things I would suggest to management is the shower heads. The shower heads in the rooms absolutely need to be replaced. They are outdated and cause low water pressure. You cater to the working man at your hotel and we are dirty when we come back. The TV in bedroom should also be updated. But other than that, amazing experience.
