Front office staff is unorganized, impatient and just dismissive and rude. They are this way over the phone and in person. I wish we had been referred elsewhere.

Not worth it. The front staff was friendly. There was a long wait to see the doctor over 30 mins after being inside. And no answers to any of my questions. I asked on the portal and still no answers!

Doctors are okay. They demand mask wearing at all times, even in waiting room. When 80% of their patients need to see lips in order to communicate I'm a bit skeptical.

Been coming here for years. Staff always great-they do all the testing prior to appt so providers can go over the results. Dr. King and her PA's all very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Great doctor and staff.

This clinic is very clean, super professional and kind.
I brought my daughter here due to constant ear infections and won’t lie, I was definitely a bit worried due to the reviews but it was a great clinic and Dr. Zungia i believe her name is was great! She listened to my concerns and agreed my daughter needed a certain procedure! I highly recommend her!

Saw many negative reviews, but it was urgent, they could see me right away, so I went & am glad I did. From the front desk, the hearing technician, nurse, & Dr. Zuniga herself, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was pleasant & very caring. I’d forgotten to get a referral from my PCP & the girls checked on it & said none was needed. Yay! Then the young man who tested my hearing was very efficient & kind through the entire thing. Stephanie, who did vitals, etc.was very friendly & pleasant, then Dr. Zuniga was very gentle & caring while thoroughly taking care of my ear. I walked out a happy customer!
