Very friendly and they do great work. They are honest and transparent about everything. Every other shop I’ve used has caused electrical issues in my vehicle, but I have had no problems with earmark what so ever

Johnny did a great job with install and more importantly, a great job explaining what the IGLA does and how to use it.

I had another shop install a radio and unfortunately the radio started to fail on me. Attempted to install a new radio on my own, but noticed I had many additional wires I could not figure out. Took my truck to Earmark and they were very knowledgeable of both the products I had, but were able to take care of my issue in regards to all of the components talking to on another. The customer service has changed tremendously over the years for the better and extremely happy with how my stereo turned out.

Fantastic service and extremely professional. Answered all of my questions, walked me through all aspects of the new alarm system. Will definitely go back for any future services.

I brought in my 2021 Ram 4X4 a week after purchase and Chris Sanders introduced me to some great Focal components for all four doors, a 10” JL sub and a great JL 5 channel amp. Andy Martin did a completely professional and great install and 50k miles later I want to thank you guys so much. My sound is so clean no one can believe it.

I got my car ceramic tinted with pinnacle back in 2016 and loved it! I am back with my new car and getting the tint done with stratos. My Infinity has pinnacle and with this Texas heat my family is extremely satisfied. Believe it or not the same employee is helping us. Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell Chris and Allan love their jobs! Customer Service is hard to find but not here.

I took my Porsche 997 to Chris at Earmark to add CarPlay. They added ZZ2 to the original PCM and now I have wireless Bluetooth CarPlay. What’s great is that it’s the original factory PCM and all the steering wheel and radio functions still work. Earmark does a professional job with velvet gloves, couldn’t be more pleased with their work. I highly recommend.

Just had our third vehicle tinted here and they do fantastic work and use top-notch products. Johnny was just outstanding and guiding us through the available choices and the level of benefits each product offered. This is where I will continue to bring my vehicles to have the windows tinted.

Chris and all the guys at Earmark are great! I recently had the back windows tinted on my Chevy Tahoe, and the workmanship, along with their professionalism at Earmark in Plano, is certainly first class! I went back to Earmark in Plano a few months later, spoke to Chris about adding some new tint to my driver's side and passenger side front windows, and also had them window tint my moonroof. WOW-what a HUGE difference in the amount of (reduced) heat and sunlight, coming into my vehicle! I can now drive, without having to wear my welding goggles! I would highly recommend Earmark in Plano to anyone looking for very high quality window tinting and stereo products! Great customer experience. They completed the project in half the time. I even had a last minute change order, and they were able to accommodate my request and stay on time. I will definitely use them for all my car audio needs.

Just happened to be in the area last week when I read the amazing online reviews. My new vehicle came with an offer of free tint from the dealership, but I had no idea who would be doing it other than some third-party installer. Judging by the meticulously maintained cars in the lot, I knew I picked the right shop. Allan took a few minutes to walk me through my options and as luck would have it, a spot opened up the very next day. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the ceramic tint looks amazing. If you love your car, take it here.

I scheduled an appointment with Johnny at Earmark based on recommendations from multiple message boards. He worked with me on my schedule as I was traveling from out of state.

Walking into the retail area, I was met with 90’s era audio nostalgia, only with modern equipment. Something about modern day car audio shops can feel a bit sterile - but not Earmark. This place has an awesome vibe.

I could’ve stayed in there and chatted about speakers, subs, amps, precut signal processors, etc, but I needed to let the guys get to work.

Quality of work was outstanding, no issues whatsoever. The shop was probably the cleanest shop I’d ever been in, and I’ve been in too many to count.

Had an amazing experience with Johnny, as well as the other staff. I had an anti the device installed in my car, the prices were unbeatable and the installation was done sooner than expected! Once I came to pick the car back up, Johnny made sure to let me in the ropes about how the system works and even suggested other devices that could further protect my investment. I’ve driven by this place hundreds of times without knowing what they do. After seeing good reviews, I gave them a try. I worked with Allan Johnson. He took time to explain various options for a new audio system in my 2015 Smart car. I eventually chose a Kenwood wireless deck and added an amp, two new speakers and a small, but powerful woofer.
