One of the best experiences we have ever had. Josh Farmer is amazing, great attitude, customer service is a 10 but most of all for us was the follow up and keeping us updated no matter how early or how late. We had the option to buy the same car at a dealership closer to home but because of Josh we flew out and drove back. That should tell anyone what a great guy he is! I hope that the company shows their appreciation and acknowledge how important he is to their dealership. I will say it again.if it wasn’t for Josh we would not have bought a car 300 miles away from home to drive back for 4 hours! We will for sure come back and purchase another car if he is our sales person again.

My experience in purchasing my Mercedes from Earth was very unpleasant. David Carr lied about fixing the driver side window in the car as well as the stabilizer arm under the driver side wheel. They replaced the arm with an arm that does not fit the car and I had to go and pay to get it replaced at a professional shop. They BROKE the window on the driver side while trying to fix it and left shards of glass underneath my driver seat, without telling me that they had broken the glass. So after replacing the glass; they decided to do nothing further to fix the promised problem. The F&I manager knows NOTHING about his profession and argued with me about what a simple interest loan is. I am the PRESIDENT of one of the largest financial planning agencies in Dallas. This fool got schooled and was extremely angry that I proved him to be a complete idiot. Avoid this place at all costs. If you ever had a stereotype of a slimy used car dealer: this one fits the definition to a tee.

Earth Motorcars was the best, fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I spend 4 hours at the last dealership I was at and was an inch away from signing papers on a vehicle I truly did not want. I found exactly what I was looking for at Earth. It was he right color and low miles. I inquired thinking I would not hear back for hours. Josh instantly responded and was able to work the deal before I showed up to the dealership. He made it extremely easy for me. I was in and out quickly and bought the vehicle I actually wanted. I am very happy and I will be back to do business with them again.
