Super friendly staff and although I wanted a new pot to match my livingroom, I ended up with a new plant as well

I really love this place and always bought my plants there at the old location. I haven’t been able to go to the new location because it is too difficult to get back onto 287 without getting hit by someone going 80mph. I am sad that they moved

We really liked their old location. The new location building is superior. I wish them well even though they ate farther away from us now. I buy their cedar mulch and they deliver the 20 bags to the house each year. Great sale price and service.

Earthtones is one of my favorite plant shops in the area! Everyone is always so kind and professional. They have a great variety of plants, and the potting soil they sell is one of my favorites! Some things can seem a little bit more expensive than other places, but I’ll pay more for something if I know I’m supporting a great business and also receiving the best customer service any day. They take care of their plants, and that is a huge factor for me! I’ve bought plants in the past from larger stores like Lowe’s, etc, and they’ve had a lot of issues and been not cared for but Earthtones is amazing and takes care of every plant. On top of that, they have an ADORABLE little kitty you can pet while you shop! Just the best place for plant lovers:)

I had asked to have someone to come out and give me a quote for a sizable project of replanting new bushes and shrubs and add some color in a courtyard at my business as well as to the front. I had to wait almost a week for someone to come out to look over what we wanted done, then had to wait another week to get a bid out of them. Had to call and text a couple of times to get them to respond. Just for them to text me that the job wasn't big enough for them and I needed to use a landscaping maintenance company.

The new location is awesome! Very impressed with the customer service provided by Waylon! He answered all of our questions, made great suggestions and helped us load our purchases in the car. Great experience!

First of all, they have an updated their address so you’ll be driving around if you don’t know exactly where their new location is. There’s no sign no nothing on their old location! Second, the nursery is located in a decent place, however, there’s not much of a selection. Thirdly, if you buy a flat make sure you count how many are in the flat. When I got home, I only had 13 in one flat and 14 in the other, and most of them were dead. I called the nursery to let them know the guy who answered says “ it was cheaper if you get them by the flat and oh, you still got them cheaper than if you were to buy them single. ”
He offered no resolution. I’d rather drive to Waxahachie to get them cheaper and get better customer service. RIP OFF.

Great place to pick up veggies or plants to enhance your environment. With the help of the staff I was able to achieve yard of the month, I cook with what I buy there, and love filling up my greenhouse with their plants. I love just walking around this place, check out some of my pics n drone shots.

First time visit and I love it! Friendly and helpful staff. So many organic products! I will be back. Love the cats to!
