East Austin Pizza Kitchen reviews
14Liked the vibe of this place it’s kind of a bar restaurant type place. Pizza was fresh and had a great cheese to sauce ratio. The drinks at the bar were also great.
Great drinks, loved the Cider-rita! Also had their Pizza Margarita and the Detroit-style Bruno's Meat Pan Pizza which were both delicious. Went on a Saturday night & they had karaoke. Will definitely be back!
Fried pickles were a complete failure. I didn't order fried pickle skins with a pound of salt, but that's what we got. Cheesecake was expensive, over cooked and had some weird flavor like chili pepper. Grilled Chicken Salad did not come as described in the menu (no cartots, no cherry tomatoes), and it came with bacon bits that was not an option and if it was I would not have wanted them.
Pizza was just ok. $85 wasted!
The food is great unless you catch them too close to close. I'm the type of person that tips based on service. Call me old fashion but i am. So when i get ugly treatment by staff bc they assume I'm not tipping i end up not tipping. People should treat people right no matter what. You never know.
EAPK is the best pizza option in East Austin. All of their food options are great. The pizza, pasta, and small bites are solid. The owners, Juan and his wife super kind. When dinning in try the frozen margaritas, they are the best.
I'm not sure how the other food is, but I would absolutely not choose this place for their pizza. I have tried multiple times to like it, but it just isn't good. The last pizza I got was pepperoni, and every pepperoni still had the plastic casing on it. I had to peel each individual pepperoni, after chewing on plastic my first bite. My kid is super not picky with pizza, and this is the only place we have had where she won't eat it. I'm sure it could be good with more effort, but they just make too many other dishes to focus on making one thing with quality. Which is funny since they call themselves a pizza kitchen.
They have the BEST WINGS. I would drive out here just for the wings. Pizza is amazing too, but not many places get wings right!
I'm only giving two because it's just not good pizza. As soon as you open the box you can tell. Cheese isn't good and way to flimsy of bread. Also the sauce is almost non existent.
Wings were pretty good. The inside was okay if you just wanna grab a drink and watch a game.
Pretty much the only restaurant to eat at in this vicinity before you start driving through Webberville and into Elgin. The menu has trimmed down; they used to have more options. It’s a decent place to eat at a decent price.
This is really, really good pizza! Thin crust is just right and it's all because of the bomb crust with a little bit of toasty edges. Chef's kiss! We had the large with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian and it was hot AF but so good. The cheese sticks were nice and fluffy and cheesy. Full menu items available before 9pm. After 9pm they serve just the pizza and bread stick items. This is a 10/10.
This place is awesome. Only great food for miles. Love the bevo fries. And the margarita pizza is my favorite of all time. Wish they were open more, though. Don’t open until 4pm, and closed on Tuesdays. Tell me why I want pizza every Tuesday…
Came in 10 minutes before close and got turned down for a to-go order. I understand it is what it is, but I was very hungry.
Nice little spot, there pizza, wings and fries are pretty good. The service provided by Nicole was top notch! Give this place a try, it's a bit pricey but good!
Pizza not tasty or crispy at all. I’ve been here a few times months in between visits and each time the pizza hasn’t been good. Won’t be going back, waste of $30
