Horrible place NEVER go to them! Horrible customer service. Soon as I showed them my radio they said it sucked and wanted me to buy their expensive radio! It toke them 7 hours to install when I picked up my car, the door was unlocked in that unsafe neighborhood as soon as I started my car all the lights on my dash board cut on I couldn’t even raise my window down and my key fob didn’t even work. RUNNNNNNN FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Unprofessional!

Dropped my truck off Friday afternoon to have them install my new set up. Very professional for the price and with purchasing the items not in the store still offer 1 year warranty on the installation. Not a lot of places do that for that price they gave me. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this facility for any of ur auto audio or lighting upgrades.

Took my 2001 dodge ram got speaker rack and new subs. The amps they installed work amazing no wires show at all very professional install and very good pricing. Would most definitely recommend and would be doing more work with them later on in the future

First thing is forget whatever 1 star comment you seen on this page. Juan and his install guys did a phenomenal job on my 2022 Kia K5. I had an original system installed by a shop that did an “ok” job nothing special. Overall was not happy with the install and decided to head over to East Car Audio. Juan told me exactly what I needed with no sugar coating. At no point during the process did I feel pressured into buying unnecessary products. I ended up getting their DS18 red tip package and having them do a complete system rewire. The guys over at East Car Audio were patient as it took me approx 2.5 months to finally have enough money to get everything installed. Whenever you’re ready they are ready to help you. I tried taking some decent photos of the super clean wiring job that they did including a flush mounted bass knob. Also would like to note that nothing was broken or damaged during the install process I was definitely nervous after a bad first experience but thanks to East Car Audio now I can say this sound system is TOO LOUD. In need of any audio work check them out first.

This was from a couple months this year but forgot to post I had got my bass knob installed a retune on my amp and bigger subs all in all they did a good job my issue was the dude working in the back he was one of the younger ones he drove my truck back there to do the job I waited they got done and showed me they’re work it was good I go home and realized I had two dents on my door keep in mind it had dents prior from past owner having it and I know how to drive by then it was to late to say anything and I didn’t really care bc there’s allot of parts on these trucks but still and idk if they were trying to be slick by the front guy driving it back out and reverse parking it to where I wouldn’t see it but morale of the story never let anyone drive your car.

I was robbed

We went to this place due to good reviews. But I was let down tremendously, they are unprofessional. The speakers they charged me for where worse than the once I originally had, broke some pieces of my door and made a whole they broke the clips of my door and decided to put screws in. They also charged me for some parts that where never installed. I was robbed in bright daylight. Please be careful in this place.

Do not recommend this place. They don’t know what they’re doing as far as installation. They do the most to make a sale and when you have issues after because of something they did, they don’t care.

They put a 1000 watts rms ct sound amp on a kicker comp that rated at a 150 rms, they said it was a perfect match but if my math was correct the amp was way more than a 150 rms which is way more than the sub can take.they did not use any proper equipment for tuning my amp like a oscilloscope, or at least a dd1 and cc1.eventually within less than a week my subs fried and smoked up trunk while my kid was in the car.causing a short between positive and negative in the wire leads of the subs and burning the amplifier.this goes directly for the owner not the Hispanics sales person or the installer that was only following orders from the owner.and they didn't want to respect warranty.they wanted me to pay more for a warranty amp less than a week of having it.

Took my sons truck to get door speakers and 2 amps installed. Pickup the truck without passenger windows nor locks working, owner tried to say the truck had body damage and after market doors so the truck was the problem, we dropped off this truck with the windows working then they fix the problem said they had to override wires to make it work, now truck interior lights don’t stay off. Taking it to an electrical tech and best believe y’all are going to get Slapped with this bill+. My sons truck had Absolutely nothing wrong with it more less electrical problems……
