Dr. Randall is an embarrassment to the medical profession. Awful doctor, miserable customer service. The single worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility. Ever.

Overall great service. Very clean lobby, exam rooms and bathroom. Recommend Family Doctor EsmeraldaSanta Clara Clinic. As for Dr Randall Obgyn.she was fast and to the point. Assistants to both places are very professional.

Highly do not recommend this place! With my same insurance I got my work done free where they charged me 190 just for a birth control consultation and want to charge me 250 to remove it! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Receptionist are friendly but doctor isn’t so helpful

Staff rude won't call back and lacks people skills not recomended.doctors are ok.might have to change clinic.

My first time in December last year she told me I had PCOS and I could no longer have babies. I went in September due to my nipples hurting very bad. She told me it was nothing maybe my hormones but I wasn't pregnant. They took blood out then a week later I was calling for results and they said they didn't have any blood work for me. So guess they lost my tube of blood. Went to a real doctor and guess what. I'm 2months pregnant

They were very rude. Basically stating that my baby was a mistake, being I am a young mom! I got charged $300 dollars for a proof of pregnancy because no one called to tell me my health insurance had benefits before they cover my appointments. I do NOT recommend them to young moms

This is my first pregnancy. The male dr i was assigned was very rude. He cut me off when i was responding to what he asked.once my appt was concluded they forgot to give me all the necessary paperwork i needed. I called and asked if i could come and pick it up the lady told me no because the dr had left for the day (at 10 am). I went the next day to pick up my form and arrived at 9am and did not even leave until 11 am or so after.the receptionist intentionally had my wait 2 hours for a simple paper that i found out afterwards they didnt even need the drs signature or anything.when i walked away and turned around to get my kid i caught the lady at the window making nasty faces at me and talking crap to the other lady.they are rude.im a young expecting first time mother and need much assistance and i have many questions but were unable to ask them due to being rushed.i would not refer anyone to this dr at all.rude people all the way around.

I am new to the area and i am in need of an OBGYN and i found this place and set my appointment.the day of my appt i was running late because i had got a little lost and tried to call the office and the automated system kept sending me to the receptionist voicemail then i tried again and it was telling me to call back during normal business hours so i ended up missing my appt.i tried calling several days later and i kept getting a busy signal.so far i dont like the way things are going which seem to be a little un professional so im looking to get care else where.

My appointment was at 2 but i got there at 1. I waited 3 hours total. I then had a missed call from them 2 days later. I called back and they could not tell me who called. I called a week later and they said my culture came back fine. 2 weeks later they called me and said my culture came back with a uti infection. The doctor was extremely rude when I was there and would not let me talk or ask any questions. I told her I had fainted and she said that was normal I had to eat every hour. Sorry but i dont think fainting while your pregnant is normal! Will never go back there and never recommend them to anyone.

I had ruptured cyst on both ovaries I was told to see a ob-gyn asap an follow up. I seen Beryl Randolph, Md she spoke to me for about 10 mins of how she could not help me. She gave me two options to do nothing or to get on birth control. I chose to not go on birth control and she said well then I cant do anything for you. This concluded our visit and it cost $170.00 this was by far the most expensive conversation I had ever had. I had no exams performed NO REAL services performed!

Dr Hawsly is horrible this is my first pregnancy and i was going to him since 12 weeks pregnant he always told me everything is fine even when i had bleeding i decided to see a different doctor at 34 weeks and she saved my daughter life i found out that she is very small and to keep her alive i must get induced at 37 weeks to decrease the chance of still birth Her name is Karen Brock she is a midwife in conroe so helpful i promise plus the receptionist never transferred my paper work like i asked but its fine im getting induced Thursday

WORST DOCTOR EVER! DR. B. RANDOLPH IS NOT FIT TO BE A OB. MY CHILD ALMOST LOST HER SON DUE TO HER UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. SHE KEPT TELLING MY CHILD THAT SHE WAS HAVING COMMON PREGNANCY DISCOMFORTS. ACTUALLY MY GRANDSON HAD NO AMNIOTIC FLUID AROUND HIM AND SHE KEPT LYING TELLING MY CHILD THAT HER DATES WERE WRONG WHEN ACTUALLY DR RANDOLPH WAS GUESSING OF A DUE DATE. THANK GOD FOR HERMANN HOSPITAL FOR DELIVERING MY GRANDSON VIA EMERGENCY C-SECTION. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! !

I should have know by these reviews not to go but I was in need, but I much rather drive 1hr and half to my regular obgyn.
Everything was going good, I was actually pretty comfortable talking to her, but then she said "I don't help woman on Medicaid to get pregnant "! First off I wasn't there to get pregnant, not even me much thinking of, I was there to get help with my irregular period! Nothing to do with pregnancy! I understand where she was coming from, but if I was there for that, than ok! I can except her comment but I surely wasn't! So offended by her comment
