When I 1st moved here I was in loved but that I’ve been here for 3 years I hate it I can never get no help from the people in the office every time I call to speak to the manager she’s never in the office or she’s never there I keep getting the run around about her so back in December 2021 I applied to transfer downstairs due to me being a high risk pregnancy recommended by my doctors so here it is April & I still can’t get no help from them I am so ready to move from outta here my lease is up in at the end of may I am really concerning on not renewing my lease I am just gonna finding somewhere for me & my kids to move too & just live better & be at peace I wouldn’t recommend nobody to move out here management and maintenance sucks it took 3 years for me to get a new filter for my a/c now my master bathroom tub is clogged up and my guess bathroom sink is clogged think they came to fix it nope I will not be out here another year too much going on out here I need & my kids to be safe! DONT MOVE HERE ITS LIke living in hell

Beautiful and affordable complex I currently reside here amenities are great! The only issue I have is the office.you can call & email a million times and nobody will answer. I’ve put in work orders and they get neglected as well. I never make reviews but unfortunately the only way I think I’d be acknowledged as a resident here is by leaving a review

This place is infested with roaches and termites literally had to throw all my furniture away it was so disgusting. Don’t move here amenities can’t even be used either. Office is lazy and they mark all work orders completed even when they’re not. I have kids and the fact we had to live with this is unacceptable and they did nothing waste of money to live here.
DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT SAFE!

This is a nicely kept property, however it is income restricted to a very low level, therefore, given the income restrictions requirement, this property is priced too high for low income families.

Place (was) nice at one time now there shooting every week here office don’t do nothing here about it if I could put my videos up you could see ppl walking around playing with guns. So sad
