The worst service EVER! We started trying to order doors from them in April of 2022. The order had to be changed, so technically the order was placed in May (they say June. Not true). It is now the end of September and still no doors. I have reached out to them over a dozen times to check on the status. Even thought the finished date kept changing, they never contacted us. I had to continue to contact them. Here we are the fifth date later and I called up there to confirm that the order will be ready tomorrow (20th) and Mike said "I said the week of the 20th. " No he did not. He said the 20th. Keep in mind that this is the fifth date. Imagine the frustration. So I asked him if they were going to make our order priority since we had to wait so long and he said no. " I was so upset. This is insane. I told him that the lack of communication and continuous delay makes it hard to do business with them. He literally says "THEN DONT. " The guy literally has no cares about service or customer service. This is the absolute worst company that I have ever worked with in my professional career. I will now drive to Dallas, or ANY other company to get my doors. I will never work with these people again. I suggest that you dont either if you want any kind of service.

Absolutely worse customer service I have ever done business with. Not only do they not return phone calls for months at a time they have fraudulent billing practices (ie invoice 4x more than quoted).

I ordered approximately $11,000 in interior and exterior doors with East Texas Door Company during Summer 2021.

Their Sales person, Jason Myers, is really bad at his job (horrible, honestly). I don’t understand how he remains employed at East Texas Door Company. Desperate times due to the pandemic? Regardless.avoid Jason, if you can.

Their “customer service” is non-existent. Jason mis-ordered some of the doors and would not take responsibility and did not credit my account. Out of desperation to keep my construction timelines I opted to re-order those doors at my cost. It took 12 weeks for doors to finally arrive.

One of the doors was delivered to we with obvious manufacturing defects. I promptly submitted a warranty claim and provided all requested photos, etc. It’s now been 3 months and East Texas Door Company fails to return my phone calls or give me ANY updates on the warranty replacement. When I go there in-person they give me the run-round and claim they’ve done their part (yet no one from their warranty group will contact me).

If you value your money and want good quality doors. I recommend that you do NOT do business with East Texas Door Company. There are plenty of other vendors in the area.

My father purchased custom doors from this company for our house during a remodel. The exterior doors have a small door on top to look out before opening main door. One of them came where if you opened that door it would not close, so we had to shave some off of it and stain it again to fix that issue. One of the exterior doors a pieces fell off and we had to repair it, and the third and final exterior door is completely warped and cracking down the middle. My father has reached out to the company four times with no response and it was not until this last time that they said there are no warranties on their doors and it's on the paperwork. My father apologized and said he did not see that on there. I should have just purchased from Lowes or Home Depot I am sure they would have guaranteed the products they sell. I am attaching pictures of the third door below.

ET Door replicated a damaged interior door for me so that I did not have to buy a whole new door assembly. After ordering the door, it took a couple weeks for them to get it and do the mortise work. After installing the new door on the hinges, there were some snags in getting the door to close properly, but a big shout out to Andre for working with me to get the door positioned optimally on the hinges. After transferring the hardware to the new door, it works great, actually better than the old door!

Love this place! For our shoe molding, trim, crown molding and door needs there is no better price, service, or quality. Always willing to help you pick the right thing and answer any questions you may have. We have used them for a few years and will continue to do so, a good group of people and great company to give your business too!

Would not recommend! For the amount of money we paid for custom door and windows; I would use a better customer focused company. Window guy Jason sucks at returning phone calls and texts. Door guy Mike was great until there was a problem in that our double door opened on wrong side. They did offer to re-do door but we couldn’t wait a month, nor could we alter messed up door. Manager lady was less than helpful or courteous. Read their reviews before you buy; I wish we had.
