Phenomenal experience with Zach at East Texas Hot Tub! He was super helpful in getting a new spa to fit into our deck where an old one came out. Fast, friendly service crew for removal/install. Long lead-time (due to manufacturer), but well worth the wait! Highly recommend

I forget which kind but they only deal with one brand of tub. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and if I owned a tub from this place I would definitely shop here.

We ordered our hot tub in May and was delivered in October! We love our hot tub and all staff that we worked with were great. The guy that set it up for was very professional, nice and super helpful. We use it every day! Thanks East Texas Hot Tub crew!

She was honest and very genuine while answering all our questions. She really impressed me by returning my calls and texts very quickly. Tony and his crew did a superb job with the delivery and set up. We were very pleased with the work they did and appreciated the knowledge Tony had of the hot tub.

East Texas Hot Tubs have a great selection and good prices. But you really only know if you purchased the right tub when sooner or later you need support. After more than 10 years and a second purchase during COVID-19, I think these guys are the best! They show up when expected, repair only what is needed, and are always there when you have questions. Oh, and their brands are the best and longest lasting from what I can tell.

Very knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Great service after the sale. Had a small problem after we had our hot tub a year or so. They came right out, fixed the problem and the service tech, I think his name was Albert was very friendly and even took the time to show me some pointers on maintaining our hot tub and answered all my question.

This is the BEST Spa company ever! They are always so willing to help and explain when I have questions. They backed their warranty 100% no questions asked when I had problems. Hands down the best company to use in East Texas!
