Amazing very friendly staff, excellent customer service, very clean, and the Doctors are very good with the kids. Would highly recommend! Dr. Borth is so nice, and every lady at the front desk is super friendly, couldn’t ask for better hygienist and assistants. They have offices in different towns and would refer someone to any of them but Mabank is my fav!

Recently visited the Mabank location, for an orthodontic repair. The office was very clean and inviting. They have a very friendly staff and excellent customer service. They took care of my repair quickly and I really liked
Dr. Borth, He was very nice and took care of all my concerns. I really like that they have 3 different locations, and would definitely refer someone to any of these locations, but Mabank is my favorite. I will definitely return if I have any more orthodontic repairs or concerns.

Took my wife here for an orthodontic repair. From start to finish, the staff was friendly and very efficient. They make you feel comfortable and part of the orthodontic family. I would highly recommend East Texas Orthodontics and will return if my wife needs anymore orthodontic repairs.

My daughter isn’t even a patient here, I called in a panic to find a mouth guard for her as she has a game tomorrow, the 3 I had previously ordered were all to big for her mouth! With as easy as it would have been for them to tell me they couldn’t help me because she wasn’t their patient, they didn’t! She was more than helpful and helped me to get her a mouth guard! I can’t thank them enough! Definitely 5 stars for amazing customer service!

First time here today. Two ladies at the front desk at 3pm super nice and friendly! Daughter lost her retainer and was able to get her in and out. Extremely understanding financially. Highly recommend them!

The staff is always friendly and very helpful with y college and work schedule. Very professional and they know what they are doing.

Amazing people work here y’all! My first appointment they got me into braces that same day. I was there by myself with my 2 month old at the time.while I was getting my braces on they helped me by holding my daughter and even had white noise playing on one of their phones to help comfort my daughter! I will never forget that day! And seriously every time I go in there I feel like we’re all friends. They make you feel so comfortable even had a girl who works there come up and say hi to me while I was at Walmart! They seriously are the best! Oh! And I took my son to get a cleaning on the Saturday where it’s like $10? Is it $10? Idk how much it was lol but a lady from magnolia dental took us over into east Texas orthodontics building to clean his teeth over there.and I saw Dr Brown he asked how I was doing and I so happened to have a wire that was poking me and I missed my appointment the day before to get it fixed. I had a lot going on that day.even though I called them that morning to tell them I had a wire poking my cheek I still missed it.anyway I wasn’t expecting him to fix it right then or anything cuz they were busy. But he told me to sit down real quick and clipped the wire for me! All around great people and Dr Brown is fixing my teeth all up! And I am so so so grateful for that! I even like him when he makes me wear rubber bands! Lol I hate those things! Lol
