ETPT is a congenial and professional office with a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. My initial contact was with Jessica, who was cordial, prompt, addressed and answered my questions, and returned my calls in a timely manner. Once I entered the office, I was warmly greeted by one of the therapist working at the computer. I observed that everyone works as a team with no sense of discord. From the front desk personnel to the therapists - all were helpful, friendly, and caring. Dr. Molly Johnston addressed my symptoms and diagnosed my ailment with a comprehensive treatment plan for in clinic and at home. Dr. Molly has excellent communication skills which compliment her gentle approach and treatment techniques. Interaction with the pt assistants was pleasant as well!
