We’ve been with ETPCU for several years. They’ve been amazing to work with. We recommend to our daughter (21) get an account with them about a year ago. Last week she bought her first car thanks to Shelby at the Tyler location. Shelby dove right in to help get Chey in the car of her dreams. She went out of her way to make numerous calls to Carvana which was not a super easy process, Shelby was very friendly, patient and helpful and has the best personality making a stressful situation fun and comfortable. Thank you!

I have used that bank for many years, and the last 2 years, every week I went there, was a different teller who I have never seen before. The turnover was extremely high, and nobody knew what to do. They had to constantly call the Longview office and get an advice if I had a simple question. Some of the tellers were rude and not willing to help.
My husband wrote a letter to the corporate office regarding a situation we had with them and they did not even bother e-mailing him back. What a bad customer service; it was very disappointing.
We are no longer members there, we closed all the accounts and left.
