Eastgate Ridge Apartments, Killeen TX

I must say, I don’t usually do reviews but I really feel like this property deserves the attention. I’ve lived here now for almost 3 years. I am one of the few residents not in the Army, but have several friends, Army and civilian that live here. I know the office manager has worked with a few of them in certain situations as were needed and have really helped them out. I work in the computer field and since Covid, I have had to work from home. This is when I’ve really noticed how dedicated the managers and maintenance guys really are on a daily basis. Ive had a few minor requests myself over the past few months and they always communicate and show up immediately to help with my needs. I’ve seen them still showing up and working hard for others every day, even through these unprecedented times. Taking excellent care of this property and the residents here truly is their priority. They are always making improvements and I really enjoy living here.

Brandy and Shelby made it very easy to apply, they communicated every step, and made my move in very simple. The maintenance department help with the issue with my water heater quickly which was just unplugged and I didn't realize it. I love the fact I can call the office and speak to anyone there and it feels like I'm talking to family instead of managers. Very nice place to live in Killeen.

I can honestly say that this is the best place I have ever rented from. I was a new army wife and just relocated with my husband.it’s hard enough moving from family and friends but to enter the military life with no information is hard. Brandi and Shalane are amazing. I could not ask for better landlords. They truly helped my husband and I with the whole transition. Shalane has been very helpful, not to mention she takes care of all our apartment needs. I was a little scared because the 1 bedroom was perfect for just the two of us but we wanted to expand however I didn’t want to lose Shalane as our landlord and when I got the option to upgrade to a duplex and stay with east gate I could not have been happier. And not to forget Sammie and the other awesome maintenance men who are so helpful with any issues from major to even changing a light bulb.these wonderful people truly make you feel at home even when you are so many miles away. I highly recommend you check East Gate Ridge Apartments out.you will be happy you did.

I have lived here for the past two years, and I truly adore it. There are never any problems getting a parking spot, the environment is always spotless, and it is extremely peaceful. The staffs are exceptional very professional, and helpful.
I really appreciate Ms. Shelly, the leasing specialist, because she is always prepared to help you with any problem you may run into. I heartily recommend this as one of the most amazing locations to stay in the Killeen area.

I've been here since 2010 and have seen so many changes. We've gotten a new roof, new parking lots, new laundry room, a new saltwater pool, cabanas & picnic areas, the apartments are all remodeled, we get free water and free cable, the office staff is always kind and goes out of their way to help us out, the maintenance team is on top of keeping the property in tip top shape and it seems to always be full, so, I think it's a great place to live. Brandi & Crystal do a great job taking care of everyone.

We really enjoyed staying here when my husband was stationed at Fort Hood. Super convenient location with it being 2 minutes from base. Everything is kept so clean. The Maintenance guys & management are on top of everything here and super friendly/quick to respond. We loved the pool area. There’s even a fenced in dog park if you have pets. I stayed alone on numerous occasions and felt completely safe. Neighbors are friendly/quiet. Only “negative” I have is the free wifi, trash, water they advertise everywhere we had to start paying for when renewing our lease, which is fine because I know that stuff fluctuates. Was just annoying we had to pay for the cable which we never even had or used during our stay there. Rent is a little more on the expensive side compared to other places we looked at but the convenience of it being close to base made it worth it.

Recently viewed this property. It is very close to Fort Hood and numerous businesses. The managers are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment looked very cared for and clean. My husband and I just got approved for our move in and we are very excited
