Great shop! Thomas & the crew are skilled and customer service focused. Down to earth & all good vibes from a group of bike enthusiasts.

Best bike shop in town. They’ve always had a quick turnaround on the work I’ve brought in. Awesome inventory for riding around Austin. My partner bought her first bike since childhood at Pedal Pushers, they were helpful with finding a bike that fit her. One thing I love is how polite the staff are, so many bike shops have condescending and arrogant staff. I’ve always felt welcome at Eastside Pedal Pushers.

I will never run out of nice things to say about this shop. I’ve been using them for over seven years.

Installed two tires in the wrong direction. Directional arrow is pointing the wrong way. Had to install again myself. Two starts because they did a walk in service quickly, but not correctly.

Came in to get a front rack and the man with the earring made me feel discouraged to buy what I biked five miles for. He was telling me how complicated it would be to mount the rack and he could’ve done a better job explaining it because I got all the way back to the bike shop in my neighborhood and they could’ve worked with what y’all had, but I felt so misinformed that I didn’t buy what I needed.
