I work specifically with AJ out of the Tampa location. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to a hard money lender without sending them to AJ and Easy Street first. You can’t beat their terms and speed. As far as working with someone you can trust, I can personally vouch for AJ that he’s a great person and that carry’s over into how he approaches his work. There’s been multiple transactions we needed fast funding for and they came through within 2 days of bringing them the deal. 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys

Highly recommended to all brokers for clients of almost any situation. With the proper documentation in line they closed a bridge with rehab on a 1m+ loan amount in less than a week.

So nice to find a hard money lender that under promises and over delivers. Not only some of the best terms, but incredible communication, quick & accurate underwriting, and they don't get cold feet on the day of closing (btw my experience is ESC closes much quicker than most other lenders).

Definitely don't recommend this Institution. This had to be the worst experience I ever had With over 20 plus years in the business. Despite asking for clarification and what was needed from me I was constantly met with Contradictionary instructions and incomplete information As a result of their lack of transparency and clarity Which cost me money time and frustration. Just did cash-out refinance on an AirBnB with Zach Edelman, and he and the team exceeded expectations. Anyone looking for STR financing should send a note over to Zach Edelman at Easy Street Capital! The guy doesn’t stop until the deal is done.

I am a Client of Easy Street Capital and it has been an absolute nightmare. The back office is extremely disorganized and slacks work ethic to get a loan closed on time. My loan process has been pushed back twice due to their unprofessional and terrible back office. I have been through many loans in my life but this might be the worst one yet. Do not recommend.

I used Easy Street Capital for 5 loans over the last few months and I can't sing Zach's praises enough! Highly efficient, reliable, very competitive rates, transparent, and most importantly his level of service (if I can give the service 6 stars I would)!

Honestly, a partner of mine insisted on using other lenders in the middle of one of the loans, and I gave in.only to run back to Zach a few weeks later after missing out on Zach's service.and have yet to turn back!

Don't waste time and money with this company. After over two months they said we can't close the deal
The problem is not about getting approved the problem is wasting your time
If you apply for a loan anywhere they can say yes or no but this company said yes and after two months they can't do it
Now I am waiting for the refund so I hope don't take two months more

Zach and the Easy Street Team were great to work with. Unbelievable fast closing and very competitive terms.
