Guard shack opens a 6am. You park along the street. Office opens at 7am. They start unloading at 8am. Once you get a door they take 30 mins to unload you. Depends if your reefer is there to trans board you. They also offer reefer washout for 40 bucks.

Why this kind of place even existed I've been delivered to so many bad places I've never seen one like that, it just doesn't make any sense. Avoid this place if you can as for me never again

No overnight parking. Gates open before 6am. Check In start at 7am. Huge line for check in before 6am. Be ready to wait long hours to unload.

This has been the worst place to unload. I arrived at 5 in the morning and they unloaded me at 1400 hours and I've already been waiting for an hour and a half for the received paperwork, if they're not coming make sure you charge at least one more day because here They are going to lose it parked I do not return or forced.

Don't stack up on the narrow street in front of this receiver. If all drivers do, we'll be impeding traffic from the others businesses and roads. Also, drive down to the rcvr, turn left, , should see guard house, he will come out, he is gonna write info down, you give him nothing unless he states otherwise. Follow trucks around main building, We all just formed a bullpen, if you will because it's all gravel and dirt and dust, mostly. Walk to building facing street, up ramp, form a line, sign clipboard when it's your turn. Receiver will give each driver a number on a square paper to place in your window. They will call each driver with their door. After empty, Driver may have a lumper fee. They'll tell you when you fetch your signed bills. There is a washout on site that may close at 5pm. They say they open EB INTERNATIONAL LLC at 0600, but, I was there before 0600 and had no idea because when you turn onto the street in front of this business, and you see a line of trucks, and you've never been there before, you have no clue. And I did get out and asked other drivers. Need a different washout. Exit front EB INTERNATIONAL LLC, turn left, drive a short ways down, turn right and right again.wash out right there in gated lot. Guy's 1st name is Alex. I will give further details if asked. He washes the trlr and it does not smell. Very great service.

This place is horrible! It’s currently 4: 40pm and I been here at 11am for my appointment time. Get ready to waist a lot of time. Especially if your paid by the mile

They open up at 7am so be there first come first serve ample parking to park truck take your paperwork and a long queue to get your label unloading is fast but you have to wait for your turn washroom is available rite next to the window where you submit paperwork also trailer wash is available on site kindly check pictures for more information

They are very slow unloading here and assigning you a door. There are two entities here, EBI and Hidalgo Cold Storage. Make you sure you ate delivering to EBI or you will be stuck standing in line for an hour. Processing takes too longqWebsite lists Saturday hours as 10-4, They don't actually open until after 12, so you will be standing in line for two hours.

Produce Rd is narrow (one way) when trucks parked on it. Arrived at 0600 (that's when I read that the gates opened then) for a 0600 appointment. Guard will direct you to the back lot (staging area). Check in at the front warehouse (office opens at 0700 hours). Now waiting in line then I'm sure they will call us. Plenty of parking and plenty of room to maneuver and back into parking. There is a dry warehouse and a cold storage next to. There are 3 truck stops about 6-7 miles away, Pilot, T/A and a Loves. Have a public restroom next to office! Finally got a call 4 hours later! Backing into a dock, inbetween warehouses, when the docks are full, is super tight! So, what I get about the wait is, they have to wait for the truck to take it across the border because they transfer the product from your truck directly to theirs!

$120 lumper fee cash or comcheck, over night parking available, big dirt parking lot so expect to get dirt in your eyes when trucks are rolling through thats why im giving it 2 stars

This place is very busy. I had appointment at 2pm and they loaded my trailer around 3: 30pm. Check in takes alot of time. They have big parking but No overnight parking.
Backup takes time when there are many trucks during busy hours and backup spots are tight.
Good thing is they also have trailer wash as well.

Came in at 7am they call me at 1 pm to tell me i should come back tomorrow that they don’t have warehouse space.good luck delivering here. I know am never coming back

DO NOT park on the street. Before they even open, you will be run off by the cops. Long line first thing in the morning.

It’s a hit or miss forwarding company…Can be a 2 hours or all day to unload. Big dirt lot, plenty of room…just take your time and maneuver slowly. No reason to get in a hurry around here. They open the gate at around 06: 00 give or take. Other reviews state overnight parking on Produce Road is ok. However this must of changed recently… I had a delivery here on 1/30/23… The night before at around 1: 30am, about 10 trucks including myself, were parked along Produce Rd in front of EB International and were awakened by the Hidalgo police informing us overnight parking was no longer allowed according to new city ordinance. Police officer was nice and apologetic and recommended parking in a lot nearby. I chose to park in Amigos Cold Storage lot, which is caddy cornered to EB International, along with 3 other trucks that were already there. This was just a quick “get out of the street” option for me as I would only be there for 4-5 hours. However, it would be better to ask around about parking in their lots. With this new city ordinance, EB International needs to allow overnight parking inside their lot for trucks delivering to their facility. Its large enough and can accommodate up to 50 trucks easily.

OK so this place is crazy busy! The amount of frieght that is moved in and out is nuts. Over 100 guys in line to check in, I was #54. Be patient and just expect to be here awhile. Checked in at 8am was in a dock at 1030.

This is a very nice place to make delivery and pu loads the people who work here are very nice

Checking in SUCKS! 1 hr long line wait. Immediately was given a door. 120.00 CASH lumper fee. 35 dollar CASH washout on site. Easy backing.dirt lot.just go slow! The potholes will destroy your truck! 1 hr after bumping dock.gone! Good experience for me.or I'm lucky

Scheduled for 0600 appointment. Arrived 0518. Walked up to check in, at 0522 I was already 7th in line. They didn't open door to check in window till 0640. When I got checked in and turned around there where 25 people in line behind me. Sadly, people that checled in after me have already gone back to door.

Unknown of there is a roachcoach/food truck that comes here or not.

Just watched 4 more trucks go back to docks. Im the only "white" person here. So apparently if you not Hispanic and do not speak Spanish, your going to wait.

Yard is all dirt so if recent moisture (rain) has come through it's a absolute slick mud pit s#! T hole.

Wear Boots! Use CAUTION when walking.
