We had a great experience with Lauren Butler of Ebby Halliday Realtors in Stephenville! We were moving to Texas from St Louis, MO and met Lauren in November of 2022. From then until we closed last week in Ponder, TX, Lauren probably lined up over 40 houses/properties to see, all the way from Granbury to Weatherford to Aledo to Azle - all over! Lauren was incredibly patient with us, and I was quite impressed with her professionalism. She always had things lined up, excellent follow-up and communication, and always a positive attitude. She would anticipate our questions and send things to us before we asked. One thing we really appreciated was once we found the house we wanted to buy, she was working for us all the way to closing. We had a wonderful experience working with Jamie Evans of Ebby Halliday Realtors Stephenville. We were shopping for a new home in Texas from California. We met Jamie when on a scouting trip in February/ March 2022. She is always welcoming, warm, friendly and informative. She came through for us just as we were thinking we were going to have to rent first; not easy with animals. She found the nearly perfect house for us and worked with the other realtor to help make it ours in a timely way. We are so thankful. I would recommend her anytime!

Cassie worked so hard to get us into the home we wanted! She was extremely communicative and when it didn’t look like it would pan out, she continued to try to find us the perfect property. When it became available again, she quickly had all of the paperwork in place to ensure we would be able to move on it and she went out of her way to make it a seamless and enjoyable process. As a first-time homebuyer, it was incredibly helpful to have her walk us through every aspect and answer our questions as quickly and clearly as possible. She truly cares about her clients and making sure they are happy!
