Echo Transportation reviews
6I work for Echo it’s a great Company from The Management, Dispatch, and Supervisors. Great Benefits. What I don’t like is when Drivers Complain and bad mouth the Company when things don’t work out for them I’ve been here a little over 6months we have good Drivers that love what they do and some just find something to complain about I Stand with My Company it’s a Great Place to Work.
On a 12 hour bus trip with 3 busses, ac went out on 1 bus and we all had to cram into the others the others, made the experience not fun and unenjoyable, would not recommend or ever hire again, other than that bus drivers were nice, shout out to Larry the bus driver.
I worked at echo for few months and they were very very accommodating and reasonable with all drivers. Highly professional HR and payroll staff. The dispatchers are amazing people doing amazing work. Field supervisors are great to work with and they do step up to the plate when matters call for. It’s definitely a great company to work for with tremendous high volume of work for all the drivers.
I was just terminated from working here because I had a medical appointment, alonda fired me through a text, and was not as professional as she she should have been, 3rdly I wasn’t even given an opportunity to sign up for medical insurance, and drivers get trained in 3 days and boom your qualified! Please stay away from this company, unprofessional with the employees, definitely will be unprofessional to its clients.
The bus ride over there was even more adventurous.bus driver who was late, didn’t know directions, two near accidents on the way.thought I could sleep and relax by being a passenger and not have to drive.but I ended up being the navigator. Glad we all made it safely.
