Real bummer of an experience. I used these guys around December 12th to dry clean 3 items.
I got 2 items back with my shirt being burned by their cleaner.
They were upfront - took responsibility to take it to a tailor to be fixed and then went dark. I've reached out repeatedly but to no avail.
I'll update my review whenever I get my shirt back but at this point I'd say go elsewhere, there are other places with better service.

THIEVES. This place stole 5 polo shirts, an Austin FC Jersey, and a Texas Tech drawstring laundry bag we dropped off with our laundry. We were told we’d receive a call back when our clothes were located, but it’s been clear someone stole from this location and they don’t know what to do. Don’t trust this company. They are the absolute worst to work with.

If I could warn all of Austin to avoid one single shop, it would be this one.

I've made two attempts to use Ecoclean and both were awful experiences. In both times, they showed up on the wrong days to pickup my delivery. Once a day later and once three days later.

The first time, one of my white pieces of clothing came back stained from their cleaning process.

The second time, I had a piece of clothing go missing. The missing clothing was frustrating but what was the most frustrating was them not caring at all. It took seven full days of back and forth calling for someone to get back to me.

The manager took three days off knowing this was a lingering issue and not calling me (or my assistant) back. On the phone they said they couldn't help either. Just a bypassy, "there's nothing we can do. " Please don't use this place.

You will waste more than just money, but also your time with all the going back and forth.

Update: Eco Clean was able to correct this mistake.

Use this cleaners a couple times for 10+ shirts, used 3 times total to find a cleaners in the area after recently moving.

For the price the dry cleaners service isn’t worth it. Shirt collars looked good but other areas weren’t in great shape that you’d expect from a cleaners.

One shirt came back stained as pictured. I gave them the chance to try to fix it and they expressed that it had been over a week they wouldn’t do anything about it. Mind you 10+ shirts I didn’t get to this one yet.

Guy behind the counter wasn’t helpful or remotely caring. Customer lost. Price isn’t worth that service.

This company ripped me off bad has declaimed responsibility for it. I had been doing cleaning there for almost a year and had no problems, then, like the joke about bankruptcy, problems came gradually, then suddenly.

I wear suits for work, so reliable cleaning is not optional for me. These guys really caused me some big problems. The first one was when my order was a few days late and split in two, with the trousers being finished in the next business week. They gave me my jackets back but not the trousers and lost the transport / protection bag I had paid an extra $15 for. There was no apology, no refund, just a statement of, “We goofed. ”

I gave them another chance. This time my order was a week late, they lost track of it, refused to deliver it, even though I paid for it and their staff scheduled it in front of me for delivery and lost clothes given to me as a gift by my dad.

Once again, no apology, no refund and they hung up on me when I called to complain. I will find another cleaner and suggest you do the same.

They lost our things.

In addition, they accidentally gave us another person’s clothes and when I called them to inform them, they said they would pick it up and have since been ignoring my calls.

I’m just trying to get these clothes to their original owners and receive a refund for our missing clothes but radio silence.

The general manager Jeff refuses to answer any voicemails. And my reviews keep disappearing.

Very nice employee. I took a coat in to get cigarette smoke smell out of it. Employee Explained their process, pricing, and guarantee terms. They had it finished sooner than promised. Odor was gone. They use no scented products and you can request no plastic covers.

Unbelievably expensive for not getting the job done. I spent $40 on 3 shirts and a pair of coveralls, got a text that they were ready, and when I came to pick them up they weren’t clean. I would recommend going elsewhere.

They LOST 2 items for our 11 item order and it seems like I was not the only customer with this issue when I stopped by to pick up my order. They eventually found it but I had to call them multiple times to learn that it was found. I would have appreciated more comms and timeliness around the ordeal.

Update: they returned a portion of our missing order along with another person's missing order. When I called, the lady in charge of missing orders centered the conversation around us not remembering 1 of our 11 items but I asked to be transferred to her boss who refunded and reimbursed us quickly. My advice: just skip that conversation and go to the general manager.

I understand how frustrating it is to have MULTIPLE missing orders (I encountered just 3 other missing orders in my saga) but don't take it out or blame the customers (and maybe focus on why there is so many missing orders and not customers remembering their items).

Really disgusted and disappointed. Delivery person did not let me know they were on their left my items on the floor, which happens to be right next to the trash room and on top of a doormat which is dirty. Terrible experience and customer service.

I took a pair of pants and a white polo that I accidentally put next to a plate with olive oil on Saturday. I phoned and also told them about soy sauce mixed with it. Clothes were suppose to be done and ready for pickup on. Wednesday. I detest people who do not do their quality work in a timely manner. It took me 30 min to pick up clothes and none were ready. I could understand one garment not being done. I will pray for this place as the customer guy didn't seem very honest.

I went in to get my wedding dress steamed before the big day, and the staff was so amazingly sweet and nice.they let me know to bring my dress by after my wedding for preservation treatment so it doesn’t yellow and walked my dress out to my truck. Super polite and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Don't bring anything nice here. They break the buttons on my brand new shirts that have have some color to them and then repair with buttons that don't match. I look like a patched up scare crow now when I walk into meetings

These ladies are wizards! They were able to save a white silk noil dress that i was wearing when i had a bike wreck — it had asphalt and grease from the bike on it and now it looks good as new.always so pleasant and quick turn around times!

These guys are wonderful.

They even have a way of washing wool in water without damaging the item.

They also wash giant down sleeping bags and large bedding items in water. Great work.

Extra special is their pickup and delivery at no extra charge.

So great! Dry cleaned a suit for me at a great price. Turnaround time was fast and the whole process was easy. I accidentally left a reusable mask in my pocket and they even washed it for me for no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Ecoclean clothes after the Snowpacolypse were fantabulous! They also cleaned couch pillows that were in dire need. Great work by great people.

I took in a dress that was badly stained and they got it out completely! Wow. Couldn’t be happier with their service, consistently high quality. If you care about the environment and looking good, perc-free cleaning by EcoClean is the only way to go!

First time in - the women in there were both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely have my business. Now we’ll see how the clothes come out, but I have a lot of confidence they’ll be great.
