Would not recommend! Never solved my ant problem! Management very unconcerned with customer satisfaction!

Our first visit by eco guardian was perfect last year. Two technicians showed up and treated our SEVERE ant issue the FIRST TIME.

This year was different.

Today, one year later, was our second visit for a MINOR ant issue by one, different technician that we had not met before. Seemed like a nice enough person at face value, but I’m definitely troubled by a couple of things:

The previous, first visit, this technician did nothing to treat inside our home and suggested that I caulk one single corner in my doorway to prevent ants from entering our home, despite how there is a gap between the floor and ALL of our baseboards throughout the entire house. Additionally, the technicians last year did not mention caulking anything. I felt insulted, but I wanted to trust the process so I agreed to a follow up visit in two weeks.

One week passed and the ants continued their free reign, so I decided to call eco guardian back and schedule a follow up visit for sooner. Again, the last time ecoguardian treated our home, the severe ant problem instantly went away.

Eco guardian agreed to send the technician back out sooner, so we waited.

Finally the day comes and the technician treats our home. But the treatment this time looked much different than the treatment last year. There is white powder all over our counter tops and inside our cabinets, and it is very very excessive. Mounds of white powder, not spread anywhere, with white dust all around. It really seems like the technician did this on purpose because he was frustrated for some reason.

Since the technician did not point any of this out, or give any instruction on how to deal with the excessive powder, I called the office to ask what we can do to remove the poison from everything while allowing the treatment to do its thing. The eco guardian operator told me to spread the powder a little more evenly, and wipe up any excess, but be careful not to wipe everything up or ingest or inhale the poison. There was no apology, no concern, no offer to send the technician back to address the issue. So now I have been given a mission to complete for the company. Then I asked if I needed to wear a mask while doing so, and I was told no mask was needed. So now I have been given a mission to complete, without proper PPE recommendation. A mission that we are paying these trained technicians to do. Meanwhile our pets are trying very hard to approach and lick these powdery areas.

None of this was an issue with last year’s severe ant visit. We didn’t see powder anywhere last time and we were not given a poisonous mission to complete for this company while paying for it.

Am I supposed to sit here and think this is how it’s supposed to be? Absolutely not. This is ridiculous. What an extremely careless application of poisonous pesticides considering it is excessively spread near our food, children and pets. Our kitchen counters, floor and shoes are covered with poisonous powder. What gives?

We will be shopping for new pest control, and it’s a shame because one technician can ruin a company’s reputation. And we really liked eco guardian at first.

Been a customer for almost 2 years now. Never had an issue to complain about. Service has been excellent

I would recommend this company. I contacted the online resource company and was connected to this company. I spoke to the representative of the company who scheduled a visit to my home quickly. The technician arrived on time and removed his shoes while inspecting my home. He worked around the house looking into the nooks and crannies. He completed the report after he finished his inspection of my home.

The customer service agents are always friendly and open to accomdating our schedule when they can. They hear and address any concerns we have with excellent customer service. The service they provide keeps us from worrying about bugs in our house!

I have revived excellent service by EcoGuardian pest control, the technician was very knowledgeable and did very good job, he also explained me everything about the process, I am glad I have found this company and technician, I guess his name is Terrell

Technician was very prompt. Communication was great and he was even early! Service with Ecoguardian has been very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them. And they support our military and veterans!

Worst company ever I dealt with, they keep scheduling service without checking my schedule, within the span of 2 months, do only exterior when we were not at home and charge you for the service. They never accommodate the time we want them to be available. Every-time I need to call them twice or thrice to reschedule but I still do not get the satisfactorily response. Today when I called them for cancellation they informed that my contract wont allow me to cancel unless I complete 12 service or 36 months. I need to see all my records for last 3 years to counter them, that's the only Job left in this world for me now - FRUSTRATING - USELESS COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Pricey not worth it and terrible to deal with! Beware of their ‘contract obligation’ they’re worse than dealing with cell/cable phone companies even if you cancel (in my case we were moving out of state) you still have to pay for the full 3 months even if you call say August 1 to cancel your contract they don’t care since you just found out you were moving.not right seems like a very shady business practice.

Stephen was very professional and friendly. He shared when he discovered a mouse/rat hole and where weather stripping was needed so we can keep the house pest free. I look forward to him and his detailed serving again.

I've been using Ecoguardian Pest Control for last two years and I couldn't be happier. I'm normally not home when they perform service, but I've never seen pest in or around my home and that's all that matters to me!

I have been using EcoGuardian since May. They are very punctual and dependable, they always make available time to take care of my needs. Meaning, when I need them whether it is for an appointment or not, they always come. I will continue to stay with them and not planning on changing companies.

Also a special thanks my Technician Jeremy, he is one of the greatest and he is the only Technician I prefer, because he does an awesome job.

Terrell came out to service our house. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and spent a good 30 minutes in our main problem room to find the entrance of where the ants were coming in, even unscrewed the electrical covers to apply product. We’ve never experienced this level of customer service before and look forward to future visits from Terrell.

Very happy and satisfied with the great work by Ecoguardian pest control. Technician’s, customer service or billing department all are very well coordinated in providing the best possible service. From their reminders for the tech visit to the follow up appointments (if required) post visit everything is so quick and easy. It’s been almost a year now with Ecoguardian and I never had any issues dealing with them. It’s that easy doing business with them. Many times I got freaked out to see a snake, rat, spider, lizards and roaches getting trapped in my garage and Ecoguardian techs were very quick to visit my house and take care of them up before they stink. Another good thing I noticed is that they never complained about hot, cold or rainy days. Also, their follow up is incredible. They are very professional, reliable, prompt and makes u feel that you are a valued customer. Kudos and many thanks for the excellent job you do every day in keeping the neighborhood safe and happy!
