False advertising, no coffee pot in rooms, no breakfast and dirty rooms. Fridge still had food from previous people, bed sheets were dirty, ady at front desk, who is working currently today at 9: 36am, o. JULY 27 was very rude when I called to ask about my deposit, which I was charged 53 dollars not 50 like we were told it would be. Very unsatisfied with this establishment.

It was ok to sleep just for the night. But not worth the $138 they charged my husband plus the $50 deposit. Asked for a non smoking and got a smoking room. Not greatly cleaned.

Honestly this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked on priceline and was put in comparison to holiday inn. I think not! This room was dirty and nasty. Honestly I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good place to get a good night's rest. Everyone was very respectful rooms were nice cool and clean. Ice machine was down but not out. Restaurants near 24 hours after a day at the pool didn't have to drive. Thanks for making my couple days in San Antonio that much more better.

Lobby closed, hair on walls of shower, shower trickled water and drained slow, toothpaste on bathroom door, no in-room coffee maker, no ice in ice machine and a roach in the room. Beer cans and other trash in parking lot for the two days I stayed. Way overpriced at $125/night.

Charged 100 dollar deposit non refundable. Rooms are trash and carpet is black cant evan walk on it leaves your feet nasty carpet is sticky. DEPOST IS NON REFUNDABLE NO MATTER WHAT. AND CLEANING LADIES ARE LAZY AS HELL WILL PICK AT ANYTHING IN ORDER FOR YOU NOT TO GET DEPOSIT BACK. WILL NOT RECOMEND STAYING HERE TO ANYONE! THERE TRASH!

The worst place! It smelled really bad the front desk lady was so mean and unprofessional. There was bedbugs in our room. I had the worst night of my life in this place.

The room door didn't close all the way you can see the sunlight come in from the side. The room only had two bath towels when it was 2 adults, we didn't have a coffee maker they gave us one but it was broken the room needs worked on like the restroom and sink walls everything over all! No breakfast due to covid they said! O

I understand it's a cheap motel, but it didn't even meet basic levels of cleanliness or service.

SERVICE: The 3 times we had to go to the lobby security window (lobby was closed due to covid) nobody was there. We had to find them smoking out back, or call. Bad service. Plus the area smelled of damp BO.

They gave us one small bottle of shampoo. For 3 people. We had to ask for more, which again they weren't at the lobby window. Not enough towels either.

CLEANLINESS/ROACHES: First thing I noticed was the multiple, large burn holes in the comforters. We had a smoking room, so I kinda brushed that off as understandable.

What bothered me the most was how many roaches were crawling everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. They were on the walls, underneath the beds, in the microwave, etc.

After walking barefoot on the floor, my feet ended up black. The floors aren't even mopped well.

Our shower didn't drain well either. It starts to fill up as you shower.

BEDS: Pillows and mattresses were the cheapest things I've ever slept on, which again, is understandable for the price. Just something to know.

AREA: The area in general is very sketchy. Definitely don't leave any valuables in your vehicle. I didn't see any security cameras, but the parking lot is very lit up, which is a plus.

TL;DR: lackluster service, disgusting + outdated rooms, sketchy area. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay at ever. They're in need for major updates, and way better cleaning.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE TREAT MY WIFE THE WAY THE LADY AT FRONT DESK HAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AS IF WERE NOTHING WE WENT THROUGH PRICELINE AND THE REQUEST FOR 3 HOURS EARLIER CHECK IN WE HAVE BEEN WITH A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND HAVE HAD NO REST WHATSOEVER AND TO BE TREATED THAT WAY BY AN EMPLOYEE WAS DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER STAY AT A ECONOLODGE LOCATION AGAIN

The photos they put were fake didn’t look nothing like it showed. The room smelled like weed there was stains on the bed and walls, there was also bed bugs when we went to go tell them that we weren’t going to stay they began to be rude and told us if the room was messed up they wouldn’t give us a re-found we went to go grab our stuff and the lady went to go complain we left as soon as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

1 stay. Never again. Checked in, took shower and went to sleep. Woke up with bedbugs in my arm. My son got it worse. Back and his whole right arm. Slept in 2 different beds same room. Day 2 calling management no return call. Deserves no.if you ask me.

Please ask to look at room before even paying for it. It was the worst experience ever staying. My towels and bed sheets where stained. The shower was falling apart.

We were disappointed that we didn’t get the breakfast due to covid (but that’s most places right now anyways)

We had a non smoking room upstairs that had some minor burns on the linens, and our room did have a funky smell before turning on the A/C.

The water pressure for the shower was great and the beds weren’t too bad.

Never stay here! Absolutely horrible! Pulled back the sheets to find tons of burn marks and clumps of hair! The whole room was filthy and should have been rated a. 5 hotel not a 2.5! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay far away!

Horrible hotel! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in sheets are all stained the door does not close right the bathroom had hair all over it the new soap that they gave me had hair all over them. Hotel needs a huge remodel I had no remote to watch TV DO NOT STAY!
