Perfect in everyway. From Staff to Room Cleanliness. This Econolodge has been open since 2017 Right before Harvey, it seems still super new and well maintained

Rooms were clean and seemed to be updated. Be prepares to pay a $75 deposit at checking that isn't mentioned when booking online or until you have already paid and arrived to check in and no refund if you don't want to pay deposit. Would have been nice to know that prior to booking so we didn't have to drive 10 miles to find ATM to leave deposit at 1am after a 6 hour drive. We're told if we didn't use cash would take up to 30 days to receive refund for the deposit. Location is directly on highway service road which you would think is convenient but there is nothing close by no place to grab food or pick up any forgotten items anywhere close. Outside of that inconvenience at an awful hour and then being sent to closed Location when asked for somewhere to get food and then having to search out online to go totally different direction to get food when already exhausted and ready to be out of car the room itself was actually pretty nice for price.

The room was advertised as sound proff and it was exactly that. Nothing is perfect but upstairs guests noise was very tolerable. The bed was comfy, the room was very clean. And hotel staff is very professional and courteous.

Excellent property and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and very modern. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Very clean inside and out, was pleased at how well kept the room was it was like it was built last week. Staff was very friendly which is a nice change for this price point. Their Breakfast is also Good Rooms are so nice Price is also good

Room crew should do a better cleaning and specially areas where hands touch in addition they would not refund me the stay. I booked & paid 7 nights. Left at 5. I asked for one night instead of two nights refunds.they/ argued I can't refund u more than $30.the end result was 45$.

Clean place bit expensive compared to competitors but it's way better. Will update once i have atayed here for few weeks. Shifted here after horrible experience at in town suites 1960

The hot tub still hair in it and looked like someone shaved in while the keys were on.
We were woken up at 5: 27am by the fire alarm and the phone ringing all at once.
Thank god i had a male friend with me answer the door and was told that we had a noise complaint from several rooms around us. That was weird because we kept hearing the up stairs people stomping around most of the night.

Then at 9: 24am I was in the restroom when I heard the room door open. My friend came to the restroom and told me that the house keeping maid let her self in to the room. She never knocked. Plus CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM!

And when my friend called the office to ask them… all they could tell him was that “She doesn’t speak any English. She probably didn’t know the room was occupied. ” That is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

None of these incidents make any sense.

I have no idea what is going on at this establishment but it left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.

Paper thin walls! Could hear your neighbor having intercourse! Thank God for the white noise maker app on my phone. I arrived at 10 pm. No one was at the front desk. The door bell did not work. I also had to call the the office while standing in front of their “window” check in. The guy was in the lobby apparently. He said he did not see me walk up even though I knocked on the sliding glass door and the glass window‍️. If you just need a cheap place to stay with no bed bugs, this is just what this place is. Do not expect to sleep though if you are a light sleeper. Also, it seems that it is a trend of this place to not have anyone at the front desk. I wonder how it got 4.5 stars in the first place which led me stay here. This will be last time I will stay at a Econo Lodge.

Excellent stay for a budget motel, very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful! Couldn't ask for anything more considering the price. Will visit again when in the area.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable! The staff were SO Helpful. By far the best hotel we've stayed at for a while.

Pros: Young man at the front desk on the night shift was very friendly and kind. The price is very fair, and the facilities are generally clean and look new.

Cons: First room smelled strongly of pot. The other available room of the same type was being cleaned for smoke smell, as well. I ended up in a room that was fine-I'm not picky on configuration-but during the night, pot smell started coming in from the adjoining room. Additionally, at 3 or 4 in the morning, there was lots of yelling and activities from the tenants in the surrounding area. I would just suggest the owner invest in additional staff or security to ensure that a few tenants don't disrupt the stays of the majority who are abiding by the tenant guidelines.

Blankets have poison infused in them! They also have slight radiation emissions through the air vents

The room: Spacious, comfortable, and appropriate temperature that could combat the Texas heat. During this 5 day stay, we didn’t have any break ins regarding my car and there wasn’t any loitering on the premises. The main complaint was people above us literally running and stomping from about 8 PM- 1AM. I spoke with the front desk with the small ponytail and he stated that it was people going up the stairs. Which makes no sense. So I stood outside, my little sister stood at the door and my mom stayed inside. No one came down the stairs and there was crazy stomping from above. To be on the road for 16 hours and to not be able to rest because of inconsiderate people and an incompetent staff member who wouldn’t address them is a slap in the face. I paid money to rest and it wasn’t addressed. A simple note on everyone door to not make that one person/room feel singled out even, would’ve sufficed. That’s bad business.

Best of the "economic" hotels in the Willowbrook area. It's a motel type jawn however it's by far far cleanest one as I've been to a couple in the area. The staff is cool they'll let you check out or in late or early respectively if you're in Willowbrook stay here if you tryna keep the cost down

My wife slipped in the tub and fell out the tub. They were not sympathetic at all and refused to call management. She fell on a Saturday. Two weeks later she is still in pain. The shower was very slippery.
