We would use this company again for sure! Very friendly people that knows what their doing. Donavan and Mike our service techs were the best, both professional and friendly. Had the new compressor in and running quickly. Good thing, because it's over 100 degrees today. Thanks also to Dana for keeping us well informed thru the ordering of equipment and scheduling. All very professional! Thanks!

Well they came out and made some suggestions, said they couldn't clean the coils today but would reschedule and I haven't heard from them since. It's been a week so Iam calling someone else I guess,

Called yesterday and they installer was at my house first thing this morning. Dana, the office manager was so kind and professional. She went above and beyond to trouble shoot the problem to get us through the night. The installer waited around 30 minutes extra to make sure the air was coming out of the house at a certain temp. We will eventually get a new unit and will 100% use Economy.

I was referred to them by another customer, so my wife left them a voicemail after hours. We were blown away when they called us AFTER HOURS to find out what was going on and to schedule us for a service call the next day.

The next day, Mike and his team came out and quickly identified the problem and explained everything thoroughly to me. They had to order the part I needed and I was even more blown away when they came ON THE WEEKEND to install it!

Economy Air saved me A LOT of money and went above and beyond to get me and my family taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don't understand how such a business of poor quality and customer service stays in business. The manager Dana is the most disrespectful non professional person I"ve ever dealt with. She was suppose to call me prior to any issues being fixed to discuss but they did not, they proceded to come out, slapped tape on my unit and then left me with 140.00 bill stuck to my door.not to mention Im still having issues! Everyone save yourself the hassle and call someone that takes more pride in what they do.

Love helping others. Money is always tight for ppl and we are here to help! We may not can please everyone, but we try! We are fair on pricing due to no overhead and change accounts anywhere. The owner does not sit in the office, he is out on the road everyday!

Economy AC saved me today! They came out quickly and fixed the problem with my air conditioning. The tech's were very friendly and super knowledgeable! Can't thank them enough!

So we had a company come out and fix our inside unit.well a couple days down the road it stopped working, well i call a different company and economy a.c. & heating came out and fixed the wrongs that were done by the previous company and its been a couple weeks now and i haven't had any more trouble! Please use this company, good people need a good ac company!
