Long story short. Sales guy lied to me. I specifically asked him if I could cancel anytime with no penalty. His response was yes. After a few treatments I decide to cancel, but not without paying an annual fee.if he would have told me the truth i would have not bought. Not into Contracts.

Been using for a couple months. Still having the same issues. They make you feel like you can cancel at any point but it's not TRUE. Be ready to be stuck in a contract. A fine If you cancel before your "contract" is over. Yeah. Thanks guys. Just what I need around the holidays. Work is always half done and they show up and leave very fast! Always waay too early. Have to leave work early every time.

Erika handled my call to discontinue services very professionally and quickly. She was pleasant throughout the call and offered alternative options, which I declined.

I was harassed and scammed by a door to door sales rep. I kept saying no and he wouldn’t leave. I started to feel very uncomfortable and agreed to “try” the service. I went to cancel the service today and found out I signed a 2-year contract that will cost hundreds to cancel. The contract was never disclosed when the salesman was pressuring me for 15 minutes. I never received any email or contract from this company even after the rep said they sent it again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are unethical and scam their customers.

They guarantee the spiders will be taken care of.well let’s just say the service does not work. I ask them to come back out and they would not do it. Very unprofessional and just poor customer service!

Matthew Hall and EcoShield are doing a very good job of pest control at my home. I am impressed with their service quality and communications.

Joseph was out technician today to perform the 4 step inspection. He was thorough and very professional. He took pictures and explained the areas that needed to be address. Very pleased with the service provided.

Dakotah was professional and very thorough for our initial service. He listened to my concerns and took special care of specific areas. I am pleased that their products are pet friendly as we have 3 dogs. They were on time and efficient. The pricing is extremely fair for the amount of service we are receiving. Thanks guys!
