8Will never buy from Eddie Bauer again and will avoid their brand altogether. Customer service is horrible. Beware that you can only cancel an order within 30 minutes! Ordered a jacket on 11/29 for Christmas, scheduled to arrive on time, two months later, still not here. Will not refund the money. Jacket in never-never land, Eddie Bauer A/R looking good and I am with no jacket.

Visiting Eddie Bauer is always a joy. I say joy, but I should say frightening. I guess I go enough that staff seem to recognize me. Walking in, everyone seems so positive and helpful. I picked up a blanket to check it out, and almost immediately, two different staff members gave me information on that blanket and the couple others they had in stock. Eddie Bauer always has great deals/great prices. I've had to do complete changes in wardrobe and this is the store that was best to do it.
