These folks are awesome. I have an above ground pool and they have been testing the water and telling me what I need to keep it clear. They don't try to over sell products - just the bare minimum. When my pool started going down hill and nothing was working, Paul was kind enough to come look at the setup. That's when I found out that I have been backwashing wrong and that my filter/pump is way too small for the size of my pool. He didn't try to sale me anything and just told me what I needed. I will continue to use Eden Pool Service and recommend them to others.

Before or sometimes after the job is complete, the tech always asks if there is anything else he can do while he's here.and no one does that anymore! Is patient when I have questions and never acts like it's a bother or he doesn't have time to answer my questions. Very pleased with them, always have been.
