TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered the next day and realized that I ordered the wrong kind immediately after submitting. I followed all of the directions given online to get my order corrected before it was sent out. I submitted a request via the site and I even called the location and left a message immediately clarifying the error so it could be corrected. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and could not reach anyone but left another message. Called again and reached a general rep who had to send a message to the store to call me. They did eventually and basically told me the order was out and there was nothing they could do. When I asked how a customer is supposed to reach them the woman I spoke with just kept repeating there was noting she could do so I asked that a manager call me and they never did. I called the corporate line back and they assured me that they would contact the store so the manger wold get in touch with me. Of course, no one ever reached out. When I asked corporate what more could be done they said nothing because it is a franchise and I have to deal with the owner directly. TERRIBLE LOCATION AND OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give your money to a business that cares or shop local! Will never use them again. So very disappointed.

The ruined my boyfriends surprise valentines basket. Driver lied and said he couldn’t deliver because the business was closed, it was not. We ask for a cancellation and refund the next day after they failed to deliver and they refused. Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.

This is the best place to shop for any occasion! The platters I order was absolutely beautiful and came out so perfect! Nelly was so very sweet and helped take me order for me in store! I wish I could give out more stars for the amazing customer service at the frisco location

UPDate:
Manger called to say sorry this happened. We are sending you another order. I Said I don't want it. She got all indigent and raised her voice and said we are sending you another arrangement. She also mentioned they fired the girl who made our 1st arrangement. So now not only have we been ripped off, but now I have on my shoulders that someone got fired because our arrangement was awful. Training her would have been better. Although the second arrangement was more like what it should have been the 1st time. We would rather have our money back and they could have saved the expense of sending another arrangement that was not wanted. At this point I say thank you for the effort, but leave me alone. I will never be in that store again! I have added the picture of the second arrangement, which was much better.

If I could give zero stars, I am highly disappointed with what was given to us for $76.00. Oh wait, we paid to be lied to too. Never will I order from the store in Frisco. The store is a mess and really needs to be closed. I was told the arrangement would be in this basket and you can see what we received.

I needed an arrangement in an emergency situation for a friend. Feb. 11, just before Valentines Day when everyone else is saying "no way". Dianelis was most cheerful and helpful. Make all the arrangements for my selection choice and a most timely delivery. The whole transaction was a pleasure. The arrangement was delivered within 2 hours! It was fresh, delicious and most attractive to the person who received it. I couldn't be happier.bbbaker

Their customer service is awful and the worst I’ve ever experienced. They literally delivered my order to another residence and then tried to tell me that I placed the order for the incorrect day, which wasn’t the case, as verified by my order number. They then failed to call me back after several hours. I’m still waiting on a response.

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my son as represented on the website along with a stuffed puppy. The balloons that were delivered were the size of the ones on sticks that you would buy at Dollar Tree. The stuffed animal that was delivered was a bear. Upon speaking to the manager, she said that was what was available due to a helium shortage, but this wasn’t specified upon ordering. Also, they said they called and text messaged the number I gave them to tell me the puppy is seasonal, which also wasn’t specified upon ordering. I did not receive a call or text and I did not receive a response to my online complaint. I had to call for a response. It definitely was not worth the money I spent and was a disappointing gift. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from this location.

Love the edibles, anytime I want to gift someone something. I send the edibles. They are the healthy treat and everyone I send it too.love it? I mostly order them online and for delivery.

I don't know what all these other reviews are talking about because I had such an incredible experience. I don't even care what container I received, the fruit was delicious and the arrangement looked amazing. Thank you to the amazing frisco team.

Edibles of Plano has the best looking and freshest fruit arrangements compared to other places that I have dealt with in the past I would highly recomend them

When I went into the edibles of Plano, I was met by a nice young lady but she was very disheveled. There was another customer complaining again about loud music. The manager came out and was very rude to that customer. Cursing along with being rude. The place looked very bleak but I wanted to order my chocolate covered fruit. She called her manager, Austin, he let me know that it was just too late to do that and had I not called ahead I let him know I had called. I let them know that I did call And they had told me just to come on in. He was extremely rude and just rolled out a large trashcan full of trash and left it right there in the middle of the room. I will never go back there again

I ordered $63 birthday chocolate strawberries to be delivered to my boss's house on her birthday, which is today. It did not get delivered. No email notifying me of this. Status says it's "being arranged". And now they are closed. Horrible.

I ordered one day before, they charged me $246 for my order which never came in. I was waiting all day and I called no one answered. I was waiting to surprise my sister which really missed up her birthday and never came anything.

Unfortunately this is the worst possible experience I've ever seen with any business. They did not fill my order, would not respond to any communications, phones are redirected and hang up automatically.the Chat reps also won't stay connected to figure out the order status.my order changed from "received" finally the next day after it was supposed to e ready - to picked up when I did not pick it up - didn't even know status of the order.no one will answer any phones and there is no corporate contact either.strongly encourage anyone to find another place to purchase or other gift option.

Placed an order a week in advance with guaranteed delivery on Valentine’s Day. No arrangement ever arrived. Impossible to get through to the store to ask what happened or request refund.
