14They attempted to deliver to the wrong address and lied that nobody was home will obviously because we don't live there then I spoke to the manager and she resent the driver to top of that, they forgot my flowers that my husband paid for, so it took 3 days in order for me to get what I was supposed to receive the first day. The manager lied and said that we were going to get two bouquets which at it wass just one do not order from the store horrible horrible job.
I’m not someone to leave a review or complain I’ve bern in the service industry for year, but I’m so upset. I purchased a arrangement and it was delivered 4 days late. I spoke with Karen who made me call fedex. Fed ex blamed them. When I called back she used the excuse that they were closing and would call me back the next day. I called back again and they said they are working on it and have no idea when they could refund me. I am so upset because I live in a diffrent state and sent this as a gift and it was t recieved on the day needed and later smashed in and melted. I will never order from this company again. As a manger I can’t believe the un professionalism. Save your money don’t ever order from this company.
I had an unfortunate issue with one of the delivery drivers. I called the store and the manager for both the 7th & Overton locations called me back within a few minutes. She listened to what I had to say and displayed concern with her team's image. Even my wife listening in on the conversation said that she showed a high degree of empathy. I didn't get anything for free nor do I know what the outcome of her managerial decision was. Like I said, there was an unfortunate interaction with a single employee and just by expressing my concerns with the manager, her demeanor told me that it would be handled. Maybe I don't deal with managers much, maybe that is a common trait, I was just impressed with her empathy & overall concern over the situation.
I ordered strawberries for a friend for her birthday because I thought it would be more convenient for me to order them instead of making them myself because my orders for my chocolate dip strawberries were being delivered but I see I was wrong very rude has a distinct odor in the store yeah I just won't be coming back from now on I will be making my own chocolate dip strawberries because that was a hot mess and to anybody on here that has a bad experience with edible arrangements I make chocolate dip strawberries just follow me on here and I will get back with you because yeah like I said that was a hot mess very unprofessional
I used to work here. Here's some facts:
You know how no one answers when you call? Yeah, they just let the phone ring.
Ive been TOLD to let it ring.
Go into the store; they'll have to serve you.
Those "nice" flowers they come with?
Alot of them are from wal mart.
We would literally take the $10 price tag off and charge $30-$40 for them. ALL the fruit comes for wal mart, cut, and marked up ridiculously.
Alot of the balloons are from the dollar tree down the street, they charge 5-10 bucks for a $1 balloon.
Need a refund? Too bad, we were told to not promise refunds because greed, management doesn't like to give refunds.
Alot of days the refrigeration on the delivery truck would break (hence all the mushy fruit comments) and the manager would tell us "take a small amount" and "be quick" lol.
Order here at your own risk, your sweetheart might recieve mushy, hot fruit on her special day.
Oh and 7th street location forwards orders to Overton Ridge, so same thing.
TD;LR If u HAVE to order, go INTO the store so u can see what you're getting, and buy attachments yourself.

Talk about a SATURDAY SURPRISE!
The smell as soon as we walked in was unpleasant, along with a warmer environment. I tried to look In the half empty case and disregard the smell however the ladies didn’t seem willing to help, no greeting of any sort as well as no offer to help us with an order. We turned around and left. I was looking for a spontaneous Saturday treat and this was NOT the right place to go I guess. We will not return. Save yourself time, money & customer

The store smells like nasty dish water & the worker was very rude & didn't seem interested to help.
Attitude when trying to order an arrangement. The place stunk like it hadn’t been cleaned. Uniforms were a mess and they were no help.
If I could have give this a half star I would. After placing my order on 7/11 I called the store to update my information as I had not received any confirmation. The employee I spoke with was courteous and was able to give me an expected delivery time of 5pm. However shortly thereafter I received a phone call from the manager stating that the order wouldn’t be delivered till the following business day. She stated that the location to be delivered to closed at 5pm even though I explained to her that the recipient would be on location working. (The location being an apartment leasing office) She also stated that the driver wouldn’t be delivering the order until 8pm. She said that she would make sure that it went out first thing 7/12 and would be delivered between the hours of 8am and 1pm. At 1: 15pm 7/12; I called the store and there is no answer. I left a callback number and NEVER received a response from the store. It is now 3: 30pm and the delivery was finally made. This is absolutely unacceptable. This delivery was late. It was not delivered during the given window and I did not receive and follow up communication as requested. I will not be ordering from this location again and I do not recommend anyone else to do so either.
My boyfriend got this sent to me and when it arrived everything was wet and mushy so I put it in the fridge thinking it was just from delivery…I bit into a strawberry after letting it cool just to taste a rotten strawberry…all of them are rotten. Before leaving a review I tried handling it over the phone but no one picks up. Very disappointing! Literally Tried to cover mold with chocolate…for the price it should be high quality fruit.
Was sent a large arrangement for Easter. Upon delivery I noticed the inside of the bag was very wet. I immediately opened it to take it apart to preserve the fruit, however the cantaloupe and honey dew was extremely slimy and I tasted it to make sure but was already bad. The dipped strawberries were fine so we saved a few and tossed the entire bucket. I called and the person who answered the phone was very apologetic, said they didn't know what happed as the arrangements go straight into the fridge. She indicated they did not give refunds but would send another one out that day. I received the new basket about 4hrs later and it was wonderful and delicious! So if you get a bad order just call them as the customer service was excellent and obviously it seems something happened unexpected with the 1st delivery.
Received some hot sweaty strawberries for v day. I called to ask for refund, as I did not eat any of them they went directly into trash. She told me she did not do refunds but would send a dozen choco strawberries and a dozen fresh strawberries as replacement. I said fine, however when the delivery arrived the man brought the same small wilted cup of strawberries. I did not eat them either as they were very old, shriveled, and near moldy condition.
I’m currently outside the location. I stood at the door as the employee stood at the register. I sit back in my car and call the location. As I wait for someone to answer a young woman, by the name Valentina, comes out the location at locks the door so I stopped her. I asked if she’s closing she said yes. I asked about the hours on the site versus it being 4: 40 and she responded by stating because it’s a franchise they can close when they want. I informed her that the hours should be clear and posted and stated how they should acknowledge customers especially if you’re busting going to stare at them at the door. She says okay well you didn’t knock. Seriously?
Came to the store at 5: 20pm on a Wednesday just wanting to grab some individual items. Walked in and was informed the store was "closed. " However the open sign was on. And looked up the store hours and it said 6pm closing time. Was very disappointed.
