My family and I love Edible Arrangements. We were sad when the McKinney location shut down, but the Fairview store isn't too far of a drive.

We have a relative who orders a tray or a fruit basket for our birthdays, and we couldn't be more excited to get them! The store is always tidy and bright. The employees working there are always enthusiastic and nice. Don't forget to go in the afternoons between 2 and 4 pm, for happy hour, when the store marks the extra fruit from the day half off! Grab yourself a cup of chocolate dipped strawberries while you're picking up your order. That way, you don't have to unwrap the order on the way home!

Yes, the baskets and trays are a little pricey, so look for a coupon. I have to say that the fruit lasts longer than from the grocery store.

Customer service is ok but store is not maintained. Call them to check if it’s open because they close during open hours and it’s frustrating

This store has amazing service. After a couple of mishaps with ordering online through another location they went above and beyond in making it right. This store will definitely be my go in the future!

Mexico es mi otro Pais and I'm Grongo but have traveld most parts on business and pleasure. Mesa's Grill may be consistently the best Mexican food in Mckinney, if not Dallas. The menu offers a well chosen selection and the chief knows quality ingredients and fine dining. The strip location is 'upscale' and local Mexicans know quality eating enjoy too. If you want to know what good Mexican like, try this.

Really nice fruit equivalent to a flower bouquet. Most of the fruit is shaped and some was chocolate coated on our bouquet. Delivered to the door and you must be present to receive. Makes a very nice distinctive gift.

What a great experience! I called needing a same day delivery for a very special person & they came through in a big way! On time and as promised they made my wife’s day! Thank you!

Disappointed in the customer service. My order was marked 'delivered' before it was delivered. I called the store, the person I spoke with said she will call her driver and give me a call back. I didn't received a call back. When the arrangement was delivered, the driver had their young daughter come to the door with the arrangements. However, that is not the problem. The problem was one of the balloons I ordered was slashed. Instead of communicating with me and letting me know a balloon I paid extra for popped, I got an apology from the little girl. Please don't use your child to try to deescalate an issue. The balloon may have popped by accident, I'm not blaming anyone for it, but the fact that I was not told about it beforehand, is wrong and rude. And the balloons I received were not the ones I picked out. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I will not be ordering from any edible arrangement location ever again.

The reason this review is a 3 star and not a 1 is because even with the issue mentioned above the arrangement was delivered on time, and was beautiful. However, customer service is everything.

I had issues with ordering on the computer and I called the store and Alex assisted me. She was very helpful while being patient and courteous. They will get all my business and referrals since it is hard to find customer service like this anymore.

I am sent arrangements around 3-4 times a year and we use them for other occasions as well. By far worst experience. 1. Was our error, sent to wrong address. Ok so easy fix, we paid again to have it delivered a second time because well it was our fault no biggie. All the afters. Never received it. After was told at 9am it was out for delivery. First was told they tried to deliver but ran into complications, then another version is they tried to call but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I work in a public location, no way that’s possible. Also why would you call a place when it’s open and public to deliver something. So I go pick it up because we’ll incompetent. So I rush out of work, to get there by 5, I call and tell her I’ll be there at 507 she says I’m only allowed to stay until 505. Mind you 2 minutes after all the run around for her to wait 2 minutes. Took a picture for proof. Asked for a manager and of course always conveniently has left for the day, she’s left to close the store alone. So we are out of money, no arrangement and huge dissatisfaction alll around. Unacceptable.

I was concerned in the beginning because the only way you can get free delivery is go thru the web site and I had a problem trying to customize But once i got the basic order done i was able to call and add my custom items and all the staff including Alex were wonderful and the final products was awesome so Kudos to this store and the staff:)

Wish I could give 10 ️’s! From the moment I walked in to schedule my order, to pickup the following day, Alexandra and her team provided extraordinary customer service! I received the “WOW” I wanted from a customer of mine, whom I gifted the beautiful arrangement. I will be back!
