Man I never make reviews but this one pissed me off enough were I got let people know to NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT LATE DELIVERY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR OLD NASTY FRUIT! SMH never again wasted over a hundred bucks on this place never again.
I want to say this place was the best decision I ever made for flowers. First the delivery came my daughter was so excited for the delivery on her birthday but then I noticed the flower weren't fresh. I called there and talked to Ms Amber who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got fresh flower and a free vase which didn't
come with the ones I ordered. Making my daughters birthday the best birthday ever. Love this place. I will return my business. Thank you Ms. Amber
I get a free dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday every year this year the store refuses to honor it I was told that I had to spend 30 in order to get it.the girl was very rude she answered the phone with hello not thank you for calling and put me on hold. I always order edible arrangements to send to my friends and family here in other states but they lost a customer. I hope I find a better company with better service
If I could give them 0 stars I would! I paid 85 dollars for something that was never delivered. And this was a year ago! And have yet to hear from them. NEVER doing business with the company again.
I place a online order the day before delivery date and my order didn’t get to the place until after 5pm I tried to call to check on my order but the automatic system keep coming in no one never answer the phone.left message and message no return calls. I call for about 2 hours and never got any one. I will never order from them again
Today is my sweet daughter's 24th birthday, yet I waited till the very last minute to call edible arrangements. However my call was answered by Amber" with such patient, kind, customer service I could ask for, on such short notice! Thanks, for helping me make my daughter's birthday great
I will never ever order another Edible Arrangement. I ordered from this store, they said they would deliver on a Saturday, called me to say it was too late but they would deliver on the following Sunday. Sent an email to say delivery attempted on Sunday. I called them Monday to see if the delivery could be re-directed to work since we are now at work. They didn't return the call. I called this morning (Tuesday) only to be told we can't park so no delivery at work. I asked for my money back and they said no - call corporate. I called corporate which was an ABSOLUTE waste of my time and effort. What happened to customer service and convenience? I will not order another Edible Arrangement and you should not either.
This place was definitely not what I expected. As soon as I walked in, the first thing I noticed was someone disrespectfully sitting down, didn't bother to ever stand up, or even say anything at all. I eventually had to talk first and ask if I could get a smoothie, and the machine apparently "didnt work". That's not my main concern, My main concern was the horrible customer service and I will not be going back.
Wish I could give -10 stars. I ordered a sympathy package for my Bestfriend who is grieving the loss of her grandmother. And instead of this delivery bringing her some compassion and support, it was not accurately delivered. She only received half the order. When I called to ask what happened and what proof Edible Arrangements had of the delivery, they could only confirm the address but not what was or was not delivered. I am livid because I do not live locally and sent this package to offer some comfort in my absence. And instead Edible Arrangements failed their satisfaction guarantee and mismanaged my money by not delivering what I paid for. I am disgruntled and disappointed. I will never patronize this establishment again.
It's been two years so decided to give them another try. Ordered for pickup at noon. Arrived, open signed is off but it was open. Walk in, employee followed me in, they were outside doing who knows what. They tell me they haven't started my order and it would take an hour. Asked for refund, said would have to wait until manager arrived. Same awful experience as two years ago, never agin
Very poor customer service and communication skills. I have used many edible locations but this one is by far the worst.
Super unprofessional, I placed a cake order with balloons Saturday to be delivered on Wednesday for my wife’s birthday. I called them Tuesday to confirm because nobody had reached out to me about my order. I received a call from them Wednesday morning (the day of the delivery) that they didn’t have any cakes available until Friday. They didn’t even seem to care, nor were they apologetic and didn’t even help find a solution.keep in mind everything was already paid since Saturday.
I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
I do not recommend, I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
My husband placed an order for an edible arrangement a week in advance to be delivered to my job today. After I had not received my arrangements by 1: 00 he call and spoke with Danielle and was told order was out for delivery. Around 2: 37p.m. He received a text stating order was enroute. After 3: 30 no order he canceled order. Around 5: 45p.m. Security notified me the delivery guy was there. I instructed Security for the delivery guy to take it back because my husband canceled the order after all the lies. Here is the text that was sent stating that the order was enroute. If you all did not have enough delivery drivers, you could have just been honest. Honesty goes a long way. I was told you all received lots of cancelation because the customer like myself did not receive there order. Again order was placed a week in advance.
