Edible Arrangements, College Station TX

This place is the worse I will never again do business here. Ordered an arrangement and it was not delivered I had to go pick it up I was trying to surprise my wife for her b day and this place really let me down not only do they no consider my special request they also didn’t have the ballon’s I ordered and also didn’t communicate with me to let me know the order was gonna be late or at least give an update

Didn’t receive my birthday gift from my friend she ordered it and they said it was delivered and never was

I am always pleased with this location. They deliver my orders, timely, and they accommodate any special needs that I may have. I will continue sending my family yummy edible arrangements from y’all!

I had some short notice changes and Ashley helped me so much! Super nice and made sure everything was taken care of for me. So grateful!

I ordered the birthday box for my sister's birthday. The strawberries showed up with no happy birthday medallion on them and there were no candles in the marshmallows but yet candle holes? I'm very disappointed since I paid $60 for a couple strawberries I expected them to at least look like the photo. Wouldn't recommend.

To start off, the delivery driver was good, and the people seem nice. With that being said, I understand that I ordered beforehand on a Valentine’s Day, and I expected them to be busy, but I still had a very poor overall experience with the College Station Edible Arrangements.

I’ll make a quick list of the good and bad to save everybody from an unneeded story.

Good:

-Delivery driver was great

-Website was easy enough to use

Bad:

-Nobody would pick up the phone

-Although a good driver, she didn’t work
for the company, and instead was doing a favor for her friend up there

-A driver had to turn around occasionally because they kept forgetting the flowers

-They had the building wrong

-Despite me triple checking it was the correct building and apt number, my girlfriends waited by the door when the drivers said they were there, and said there was no knock and nobody at the door, but I was insured over phone they were there and had the address correct

-Even after she drove out of her way to pick it up, they forgot the flowers and chocolates yet again

-Days before she picked it up, almost immediately after the order wasn’t delivered the first time, I requested a refund, which was promptly ignored and I received no communication about, and they insisted they would remake the order instead.

Overall, I wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t spend this kind of money, but outside of the delivery driver, who was amazing, but still didn’t even work there, it was an overall poor experience, and kindof a pain on the butt. Definitely never recommending Edible Arrangements again, despite what I want to think about the company.

After creating this review, I was contacted by the company for a refund. When that goes through, I’m happy with the situation, and will probably give them a second chance on a later date with a smaller order. I’m increasing the stars on the review, but not deleting it just to still keep customers somewhat aware of some of the bad and ugly of what overall might possibly be a good company.

They’ve been telling me they would call for over a week, I’ve reached out multiple times, and although the driver that doesn’t even work there will get back to me, the manager refuses. I really hoped to get everything worked out, but this is getting silly. I don’t want my money back at this point, and I don’t want any more time wasted.

I just went to pickup my order for valentine's Day. When I got in my truck I noticed my order was missing the chocolate Carmel hearts. I went back in and they said they were out of them. I waited to talk to a manager he or she never made them self known so I ended up leaving. I understand things happen but it needs to be explained to customers before hand otherwise you are just ripping people off. I thought a big part of edible arrangements is presentation, which it was not there on my oder or basic customer service

I love Edible Arrangements & this location. They haven’t let me down! But I was sad when I opened by Birthday strawberries & missing the happy birthday medallion on the strawberries: (: (& I used my birthday reward and didn’t realize that I only got 6 of 12 strawberries but still they were free so plus. I loved the fruit very delicious!

My baby got me a box-I felt loved and the dipped fruit were delicious. Also, GREAT customer service. My order was delivered fast by the nicest young woman, I think she's an Aggie student. She made every effort to make sure the order arrived at the right time to make my special day, and she had a great attitude! The fruit was super fresh and like extra chocolaty. And the candies on top were a plus! Best Edible Arrangement I've had.

Received an elegant, beautifully wrapped box of chocolate dipped strawberries. Store is under new management and the improvements show!
