DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I placed an order for a friend for her birthday. She was home all day and I received an email saying that they could not deliver. No door tag or phone call made! I paid $14 for delivery and when I called, the woman on the phone acted like she did not care and if I still wanted it that she would have to come pick it up. Very disappointed! And this is very unprofessional. She didn’t even attempt to contact the driver or see how they can make it right.

My birthday was about a week ago and all I asked for were some chocolate covered strawberries. I didn’t get them for my birthday. After what felt like the longest day of work (and a stressful one) Today I walked in just before closing hoping I could get my hands on some. Jayla was so patient and kind while I asked a bunch of questions. Darlene also answered some questions and hooked me up and I’m so glad they were so kind. I’ve ordered here before but this time was just extra nice because it was a great interaction after a long hard day. I will continue to place orders here!

This was for my 25th wedding anniversary. I had high expectations for this process and my order. I spoke with Maria when placing my order. She was fantastic. She was very sweet, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed after speaking with Maria. On the day of my anniversary, I was very excited. The delivery driver showed up sometime late afternoon. She was nice enough. For whatever reasons, she only had half of my order. So I gave my wife half of the surprise. We then proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes as the driver went back to the store to get my other half of the surprise. We had the edible arrangements half, my wife proceeded to open and noticed something moving around inside the plastic wrapping covering the eats. Obviously, it was a flying bug of some kind walking and flying around on all the eats. Besides that, the eats were amateurishly crafted in my opinion. There was no wow moment. I called the store and told them about the bug. The interaction with the personnel that I talked to was like trying to pull teeth to get answers or remarks of some kind. I finally said that I need to talk to the boss. The boss was not there. I was told the boss would call me when they get in. I said ok. When the delivery driver showed back up, I had my wife video tape the interaction of me giving the eats back to the driver with the bug still in it. We also took photos and sent to the phone number that the personnel that I talked to on the phone told me to send to. The only thing we kept was the very expensive flowers, which were nicely done. I am somewhat of a patient person. So, no call from the boss that day. No call from the boss for almost a whole business week. So, I finally had to call and asked to talk to the boss. The personnel asked for me to hold and then came back with, we just refunded your money for the eats. I asked to speak to the boss again. The personnel stated that they refunded the money for the eats and sent me the invoice for the refund. The first person said it will be back in my acct same day and if not call back. Now, I know how the process works for refunds from merchants to the banks, it can take days. I figured I would do as the person stated. Of course it was not there. So I called back later and asked to speak to the boss and of course they were not available. I talked to a different person this time and she stated the same process for which I stated earlier about refunds. I told her that all I received in the email was just the invoice for the flowers they charged me for, not an invoice for the return. She replied with an attitude (that’s how I took it) that’s how they do it and your money will be in your acct 3-5 business days. I said we shall see (with an attitude in return). Money was in my acct this morning. This whole process took two days short of a full two weeks. No boss talking to me (trying to smooth things out, nothing). Absolutely poor customer service. Nothing. Notta. Zilch. Luckily enough for me, I understand that this is the typical interaction with people and businesses today (it’s a joke). Good thing for me, I don’t ever count on things being done with integrity and professionalism, and I had other plans made for the special day. This whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never recommend this place.

Lovely store and very polite staff. I have met Jaylah, Miranda, and another young lady, all were super duper helpful and had awesome customer service. I will order again from them.

Terrible service. I ordered same-day delivery online. When I went to the “track my order” link, it told me that my order had not even started being worked on yet and this was well into the next day. When I called the store the next day, they told me that the order had been attempted to be delivered and that the recipient said it was OK for it to come the next day. I wasn’t notified about any of this. The only information I had to go off of was the “track my order” link that was telling me my order hadn’t even been created. When I called the shop, the two women were very rushed, rude, and unhelpful. When I inquired about a refund for my same day shipping fee, they told me that it was the same fee for every type of delivery. When I placed the order online, that was not the case. Next day delivery was stated to be free and same-day delivery was for a fee. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

If you go to edible arrangements Ms. Maria is the person to go to. Customer service is ️️️️️. Made my process easy simple and quick. Thank you for great customer service

I don’t usually do reviews but whoever the manager is at this location was so nice and probably gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business. She honestly deserves more than the 5 stars that I gave her.

This is to correct an error for using the wrong name. Maria is the correct person.
Maria is a wonderful person. After meeting her twice (once to place the order, second to pick up), Maria was caring and sensitive to my request for a thank you gift. I recently lost my husband and Maria was able to make the ordering and picking up pleasurable. She took the time to listen and was able to relate her personal experience to mine. Maria is a blessing as a person and as an employee. She took being professional and personable to a new level and is an absolute asset to the business. The platter, too, was perfect. The hospital staff thought so as well.
Thank you, Maria, for being caring, taking your time, listening, and personalizing the order. Your kindness is exactly what people need.

Nothing on line told me my local delivery would be handled from a DFW store. The order was partially melted, broken up, and all over the inside of the box. The flowers were partially wilted from the heat that built up in the box. If this is how local stores will be doing business, please let customers know….

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I went in to get my wife something for her birthday not really knowing what to get her. Maria and Taina came to my rescue and helped me get the most amazing gift for her! It is simple and elegant and my wife LOVED IT! 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs help with a special gift!

Terrible experience! This business in Harker Heights does not care about the customer.

The delivery driver and the front desk person seem to think it’s funny to be disrespectful to customers.

Attempted a delivery once, refused to leave the order at our request, refused to bring it by later in the day, even though the driver is passing our location and hung up on me when trying to get answers.

The manager called and was even more rude to my daughter. Made no attempt to remedy the situation and only wanted to escalate. The manager also refused to refund the money. Criminal…

A terrible company to deal with. I believe the managers bad attitude permeates down to the employees and it has created a terrible attitude for all customers to have to deal with.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. They will likely turn your act of kindness for someone else into a terrible experience.

Back in 2008, I waited last minute to get my wife something for Valentines Day and decided to come here the morning of. There was a line of last-minute shoppers like myself but they had made enough items like chocolate covered strawberries so people could at least get something. It wasn't an extravagant arrangement but it was something. I late went back and got a nice arrangement:)

Online delivery service is not reliable at all. Don’t use them to ship anything important. And customer service is super not helpful. Very unfortunate.

Wanted 2 do Something Special 4 my 2 dental offices that took really good care of me last year; flowers were 2 much & then I remembered my daughter's response [even while she was mad at me] when I sent a bouquet to her family-"Try It U Can't Go Wrong,! " btw, I plan on sending my daughter another bouquet in January in recognition of her graduation from nursing school!: >)

So happy I found this place. Maria was so kind. I wanted a fruit basket for my gender reveal and Maria and Miranda were great in helping me pick a perfect one. They actually specifically customized it to fit my needs. The basket was beautiful and more importantly the fruits were delicious!
