3Dr Assi and nursing staff are very good, and professional. I cannot say the same for clerical staff. I have left a number of requests for call back, and after days of waiting, no call back. Pharmacy has faxed requests for refills approval, and after a week, no response. NO OFFICE IS THAT BUSY!
Never got to see the doctor. It would of been the first time. The day of the appointment I went to another doctor by mistake. So I called to let them knows. But instead of being understanding they said I had 15 mins to be there. Because the doctor schedule was full. It took a month to see him. They didn't take that into consideration. After going down prior to the appointment to go and take the paperwork they asked for and release forms they needed to be signed. A head of time to make sure they have everything for the appointment. It just shows a no matter what doctor you see.if you go early you get seen late and if you're late they won't even see you.
The doctor might be a good doctor but their ministration don't do any of them justice when they lose customers.
Ps, I just learned that My mom had seen him before, now I know why she left.
Amazing experience with Dr Assi and his team! My wait time was so minimal and the organization with the scheduling appointments was great and so easy!
