I had a new system installed by Efficient last year and I have been very happy with this company. They answer the phone promptly and have excellent customer service, my latest experiences have been with Penney who answers the phone. I would like to commend Mario and Rylie, who just installed a Leaf Guard and were very friendly and helpful. Also want to commend Ross, who has come several times for minor issues. Ross is also very helpful and I have learned a lot from him. I recommend this company, specially if you want peace of mind.

John and his helper were on schedule. Whereas we still have issues, it is pending resolution thru our warrant company.

Great deal on a tankless. Next day. Great price. Westin did an immaculate job. 10/10. Even threw a new hose bib for me out front at the end. I talked to 5 different companies. Maybe I was tired of hearing the same highballs.but glad I saw their van driving down Cesar chavez. Called them when I got home. Glad they came.

AC System was shutting down due to clogged drain. Mario did a fantastic job of flushing things out and getting the drain hose working correctly.

Anytime we need anything from the smallest to the biggest project, Efficient is there for us. Weston is the best!

Oscar installed my new Carrier air conditioner. This young man was phenomenal! Worked in the hot attic all day, making sure everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this company and particularly give kudos to Oscar!

I called Efficient plumbing because they have done several previous work before and I have been very satisfied with their previous work. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I do think this is important for customers to know. I had a water leak thru my water heater and called for them to repair and replace water heater. Verbal quote was given but I explained to the plumber that my insurance will be reimbursing me and they need a quote. Plumber told me he would send a quote and never did then call this week to request a quote and was told that manager was out and he didn’t have access to the system to give quote and manager would be back next week. I responded with i would wait till next week to receive the quote. Today plumber called and told me that today they would install the water heater and I told him I didn’t schedule the water heater to be installed since I haven’t received a WRITTEN Quote. He said well we can install today and you can pay and we can send you and quote later. Then he says to me that he’s confused on why I need a written quote when it’s just a water heater. Excused me? I asked him why are you confused? Isn’t this what you guys do? I am not just going to give you 2300 dollars and not know what I paid for? I have worked with this company before and they did provide a quote or invoice showing what work is done and how much it is. I felt very uncomfortable and I also questioned myself on why am I giving my business to this company if they are treating me like this. It’s not that complicated just give the quote and schedule a time that’s all I am asking and I was willing to wait another week for the written quote but I will not give my business to this company anymore. I hope manager looks into this. What a shame! I am so disappointed at Efficient!

The response time for issues is great but I have had 2 after hours calls to efficient less than 1 year after a brand new AC unit was installed for a whopping $10k. I called management about the repetitive after hours calls within one year of a brand new AC, the response was essentially “it is what it is”.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company in the past and they have done it again. Last night the AC went out and today was going to be a 101 day. They were completely booked but put me down for after hours service. Mario came by early and worked amazingly fast to get us up and running again. I always appreciate how all the techs let me ask questions and don't mind showing me what they are doing. I'm a loyal client of many years at this point (two homes) and never regret always calling them when my stuff breaks.

Recently had Efficient install a new high-efficiency heat pump system. Reasonable price, good quality, reliable, on-time. Would use them again.

I have used Efficient several times and just renewed my service contract. Their staff are always courteous and professional.

We called Efficient late in the afternoon to see when someone could replace the breaker for our AC. John called us and offered to come out that night (OT charge) or first thing the next morning. We had been without AC all day so we were fine with the next morning. He texted as promised to say he was on the way and was done in about 10 minutes. Everything is running great. We appreciate that John was willing to fit us in early in the morning, before his first scheduled job. This was our second time to use Efficient and we’ve been very happy both times.

It is easy to schedule a quick, sometimes same day service. The techs always arrived on time, knew what to check for, and got my AC system running. I've used Efficient for numerous rental properties over the past 5+ years, and have always had the same fast, reliable service for a fair price every time I've needed them.

John was very knowledgeable and honest. He was forthcoming that my concerns were actually not necessary for a repair! The inspection fee was well worth the peace of mind to have an expert come and then not try to trick you into any expensive work.

Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing was recommended by a close friend in Austin to fix the heat pump for our Austin house, they did. A very good job! Thank you!

Got to love this business they are fast clean up when finished and most of all affordable. Can't beet that. The crew was all well mannered and left my house nice and clean as they left with the air blowing cold as ever never had such good AC company that's responsible and cares about there customer's
