We had our home completely remodeled from the floor to the bathroom all done remotely without any problem. Eric kept us updated every step of the way. He was very transparent and provided excellent recommendations throughout entire process. He gave us a timeline of 6weeks but completely the job in 4 weeks. This was our first remodeling project the output exceeded our expectations.

Erik was wonderful and good to communicate with from start to finish. He is pleasant to work with as customer communication and satisfaction is a high priority for him. Was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the process of getting our new flooring. The new VPF Floors look great and color is a very close match to the wood in the rest of the house. (Foreground of the photo is our new flooring.) The installation crew really knew what they were doing and got right to work when they arrived. They made sure the job was completed to our liking and were pleasant to work with.
Timing was our only issue as workers finished one day later than initially scheduled. This was an inconvenience, but as everything else went so well, we are still happy we chose EFS Flooring and give a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend talking to Erik if you are considering new flooring!

Eric's crew did an awesome job replacing the old carpet with the Dreamweaver Twixt carpet. I love it. The installers were careful moving furniture around and putting everything back together. They even swapped two beds for me into different rooms. I would definitely recommend Eric for your flooring needs. His price was outstanding!

Having an older home with carpet, we decided a while ago to get rid of the carpet and replace it with some type of plank flooring. After getting a quote that was much higher than expected from one of the big box stores, I decided to give EFS Flooring America a call to see how their products looked and see what kind of price they would charge.

Erik asked a few questions about our preferences and then came to our home and did the measurements, showed us some samples, and that was it. Without leaving the house we had an appointment set at a time that was convenient for us to get all the floors replaced.

Now, after only a 4 day job, we have great looking floors and will never have to pay to get our carpets cleaned again. The crew doing the demolition, removal, and installation was very nice and professional and the end product looks really nice. The floors clean up very easily and there is no scratching from moving the furniture or the dog running around the house.

Overall I would highly recommend EFS Flooring. You can help patronize a local business, get a great product, and save money in the process. You really should at least give them a call if you are considering having your floors replaced. It could end up being cheaper than you thought based on quotes from the bigger stores.

Floors look great! Erik does a great job right from the get- go. He was very responsive to texts and calls before, during and AFTER the job was done. EFS booked my installation the day I agreed to hire them and they finished EARLY! Erik was very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my newbie questions. AND the floors that were previously installed in my new home had been discontinued and he was able to match them to something he had in stock. Very happy customer. Highly highly recommend!

Erik and company did a really good job on changing carpet to wooden floors.
On time and on schedule for all activities. They finished installation before estimated time.
Uses good quality material and also explain benefits of it. For my case he used Moisture and vapor barrier glue which i have mo idea about it.
