Eilan Hotel and Spa Ascend Resort Collection, San Antonio TX

An absolutely beautiful venue for your next special event whether it be a wedding or a corporate event or a gala the hotel staff is the best in San Antonio and do an amazing job and the hotel offers plenty of free parking for your friends and family.

Beautiful and clean place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Your car is well taken care of with Valet Parking. No microwaves in the rooms (but one is available on a different floor to those staying in the hotel), small mini refrigerators are in the rooms. (Settings need to be checked since it quickly freezes anything in them.) About 15 minutes away from the Alimo and Riverwalk depending on traffic. Many restaurants are available near the Eilan and also at the RIM.

Best trip ever gifted to us for our honeymoon everyone was so helpful and nice we had a blast thank you everyone

Minimal dinner selection and no breakfast other than Starbucks.
Based on the looks of the place it was built and decorated for other people than the Six Flags bunch. Had we known about the clientele we wouldn't have come.
$35 Mandatory Valet fee is beyond the pale.

Beautiful resort in the San Antonio area! Highly recommend if you’re a BlueGreen owner! The only drawback is the valet parking is required! $25 for BG owners and $35 per day for non owners. The Eilan is clean, responsive, and beautiful facilities!

Valet parking is the worst. I expected better for Bluegreen, as a timeshare or family vacational place needs improvements, like having a parking lot for the members without charge, valet check out is a nightmare, also the rooms without microwave is not correct for families, I have to say of all Bluegreens we have visited this property is not family vacation oriented.

Superlative hotel; very clean and tidy installations; variety of activities and entertainment for everyone in the family.

We were guest of Bluegreen Vacation took a tour of this area. Great presentation I wish I could have taken advantage of purchasing one of their plans. Great price if we were 20 yrs younger.

I love this place.my wife and I stayed here for out honey moon. Spacious, clean, the staff all the way around was pleasant

No one smiles! Seems like a beautiful establishment but the people in the coffee shop/store were not friendly.

Great location and alot of amenities. Driving up feels like you are pulling up to Castello di Casole in Tuscany

Beautiful place but even more so than that, incredibly kind people. Neda, the manager from the Mercato Cafe downstairs, is the entire reason I'm leaving this review. She was kind and professional in the Mercato Cafe, and went way above and beyond for us. Neda helped us find my Grandma's missing purse. We had looked all over the hotel (my step counter can attest to that!) and couldn't find it. We went to ask if the purse had been turned into the Cafe by chance, and Neda not only knew that it might be the purse from an email the night before, but she also took us up to the front desk and found it for us. Thank you Neda and thank you to all the Eilan personnel!

Great rooms, comfy beds, great customer service, great valet, and just all around nice place to stay. My only complaint is the carts are horrible and they are short on them. We had to carry our luggage down because no carts were available even after a 35 minute wait for one.
