Einstein Bros. Bagels reviews
17 They don't have the salmon spread or self-serve coffee at this location. The brothers would be disappointed. Still a decent place.
Edit: Dropped a star since they sent a canned response that missed the whole point and tenor of the comment. I didn't leave a bad review. I left a 3-start with specific feedback. Again, the brothers would be dissapointed.
By far the worst experience I've had at this location I work in the area so I placed an order on their app then after about 20 minutes I'm on my way over as suggested by their app. They're signed inside to ask if you don't see your order so I asked And it was told that they were still working on it which I thought was odd seeing as there were only 2 other people in the building. So I wait another 10 minutes when I come back I ask again for my order clarifying the items and the person at the register hands me a bag and it's sitting on the counter and walks away I notice that there is an item missing for my order so I wait to let them know I get passed by 2 other team members, now there is a group of us at the register waiting on orders, and the original girl comes and asked me "what am I waiting for" I explained to her that my order is missing an item she hands me the item and then walks away again. By the time I get back to eat my now cold bagel I open it and it is the most pathetic bagel I've ever seen missing over half the ingredients that make up the order, I understand there are supply issues but if you can't make the order I don't think it should be given out with missing ingredients. I am beyond unsatisfied with my order and extremely upset that I paid almost $10 for a cold and incomplete order
I had no issues with supply or service. Super nice staff ordered quick had my
Order out in less than 5 minutes. Tasted fresh and the bagel was fantastic. I liked the sausage egg and cheese the best.
Out of half the ingredients, bathroom was out of order, soggy bagels, really weak coffee, and staff did not get along with each other. The air was almost “heavy” in there.it seems like the owners have neglected this place and they need to show up at the actual store for a few months to get things back together.
Sitting right in front of this location after already putting an order in online and no one is here. It says their open, but I don't see a single person. Guess I will just run to starbucks️
Not only did they not toast it, what kind of shmear is that? Not worth the $8 I spent.this also is not a pretzel bagel.very disappointed
I used to eat here several times a week, but I've stopped because they are experiencing far to many supply chain issues, or just don't pay attention to what they are doing to even come close to making sandwiches as advertised. Today, I ordered the bacon, avocado, and tomato egg white sandwich. What I got was egg white, bacon and cheddar cheese. Seriously? By the time I opened the sandwich at my desk, it was too late to walk all the way back to see if they could get it right. I wish they could return to the excellent, reliable preparation they had last fall.
Friendly staff and a great app that I've always been able to get free coffee on. They are also really good about making up the right order if they happen to get you the wrong thing the first time around. My go to is the Blueberry Bagel with Strawberry Shmear, which they do very well
Friendly staff, good food, and pretty fast service considering how busy they get in the mornings
For reference, I have attached a photo with the standard-issue amount of bacon that comes on a BLT. It ran me about five or six dollars.
Saw it on the bus yesterday. I am a big fan of this bagel company. I hope they have ancient grain. I will update my personalized experience.
Reasonably priced for being on Guad. Bagels w/ strawberry cream cheese always hit here. The general manager Sam sent me a really nice email in response to my feedback.
At 11am they won’t open restrooms for customers, will not be coming here again. I believe it was a manager that was to busy to open restrooms (Hispanic lady)? That is not great customer service.
Every time I get the twice baked hash browns from this location only, they are always burnt and or grayish-toned on the top. I'm not sure why all the hash browns are coming out this way, maybe it's the machine cooking them. But every else is okay.
Worst franchise of all time.
Not only did they get me SICK because of their rotten food (Seriously, they served me SPOILED FOOD), but while I was throwing up, my car was booted/ticketed in THEIR OWN PARTING LOT by the company they have PARTNERED WITH to shakedown students and customers.
No apologies. No trying to rectify the situation. This disgusting business told me to get out while I was still ill from their disgusting food.
Love Einstein Bros, not this location.
My Nova lox was poorly put together, a flimsy piece of Salmon with a few capers and the other bagel 3 capers brown sliver of Salmon.manager says, "its how they tell us to make it"! Funny the other locations make it perfect!
I will never go there again!
My absolute fave bagels are here, with the crispy asiago bagel being my number one. The staff are excellent, and be sure to look out for Ms. Raven - we came recently but didn’t see her, but she is just amazing!
