Had 2 movers and we did go over our estimated time by a few hours, but this was probably the easiest move I have had. The movers were receptive to requests and direction. Some items were damaged, but the movers made note of it all before they left and I got a response from their customer service team the following day. They covered the cost to replace items that were damaged and I got the check in the mail 3 days later. There was some damage done to the paint in my apartment, but customer service said once we move out and if the complex charges us, to reach back out to them and they would cover the cost.

I had a great experience with the Einstein Moving Company and would recommend them to anyone.

We used Einstein to move last weekend after friends said they had done a great job for them in the past. And Einstein didn't disappoint, our movers turned up early and worked hard to get the move completed within the expected time period. Shout out to Christian and Jack for making it super easy and stress free. They had great communication and worked well as a team. We would highly recommend Einstein and Christian and Jack to help you with your move.

Einstein really took all the stress out of moving. Our movers, Kiernan H.and Thomas F.were AWESOME! They were punctual, respectful, meticulous, and quick. We moved from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment, and they got all our stuff moved (plus the 30+ minute drive) in under 4 hours. We paid less than what was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. I am super impressed with their service and will be returning to them again the next time I move.

Our movers were Chris and Christian and they were highly professional and just so, so polite and energetic. We were impressed with how carefully they handled all of our things and explained everything to us. Chris and Christian were absolutely awesome and worked very quickly and diligently. It was clear that they really enjoyed their work, which is a testament to the great work environment of Einstein!

Logan C and Kalen A were excellent. We've moved 3 times with Einstein and every time it's been seamless, easy, and the movers themselves have always been super friendly and helpful. Can't imagine using another moving company when these guys are around.

I was "wowed" by the whole experience. From the very first phone conversation, followed by the follow-up emails - communication was immpeccable. The day of the move, I was a bit anxious and my two movers, Joshua R.and Tyrese W, were very assuring that they had my best interest at heart and would take care of my things as if my things were their own - and they did. I highly recommend Einstein Moving and will use them again.

I had to move out of my house because of a flood. Recently moved back in and ended up using Einstein. I've worked with several movers in the Austin area and Einstein was great. First off, best price on two movers to do a 3 bed 2.5 bath house. Clear communication when submitting a lead and getting more information.

The best part though was working with the 2 movers, Logan C and Nicholas D. They were on time, thorough, and professional the whole time. They were also having a lot of fun while moving in my stuff, which was refreshing after our last moving experience.prevously, I hired my 2 sons and they were more expensive, not very pleasant, and broke several picture frames, dishes, and larger furnture by obviously just throwing stuff around carelessly.

Einstein was careful, wrapping and packing things before the moved it out of storage. It felt like they cared about doing a good job. If I ever move, I'll be workign with Einstein again.

Movers were ahead of schedule and efficient. They unloaded my 26' UHaul in an hour (which would have taken me and my partner all day). If and when I move, I will just hire them to do the whole move. Absolutely would recommend.

I called Einstein 48 hours before moving. The estimate/intro call was extremely conversational and made me feel like I was chatting with a friend—not a sales call at all. Then the day of the move comes. Einstein calls ask asks to come early—amazing! The movers call me. I didn’t expect such personable and professional movers. I was blown away. Claevon and Matt —THANK YOU. They show up, just as friendly and professional as on the phone. I was impressed with their entire demeanor. No BS. They explained everything as clear as possible and answered all of my questions spot on. I also appreciated that each mover has a bio on their website—not some random person moving your stuff.

Now, let’s get to the moving aspect. I signed a lease on Wednesday with a Friday move. I was nowhere near packed. I had about 10 boxes packed and a bunch of loose stuff around the apartment. I was in my apartment for 5.5 years—I had a LOT of stuff. I was going from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor in the same complex, across the parking lot—easy move for me. I asked them to move the furniture and boxes as those were the important things I needed. NOPE. They moved EVERYTHING, more than I asked for, and with the utmost care. I’m still in awe writing this review. They didn’t charge extra, yet they took extra care. They were extremely personable and held great conversations.

When I hired movers, I was expecting your typical upsell and hidden fees—neither of those things hapened. The charges were explained accurately the first time, they didn’t charge extra for wrapping items, loading items into a gondola box and moving them, and out of everything, nothing was broken. I was expecting them to move what I asked and nothing more. They went above and BEYOND.

I seriously cannot explain my gratitude for this company, and for Claevon and Matt. This might sound super sugarcoated, but this is the honest truth. They went above and beyond in all aspects of the move. I will definitely be using and recommending Einstein in the future.

My friend recommended Einstein Moving Company to me after she used them for her past couple of moves. By far one of the best recommendations I've ever received! Timely, professional, efficient, clear communication, and careful with your belongings. I was worried about moving on day that had rain in the forecast, but the movers were so mindful of when it looked like it would rain again and made sure to get items that couldn't get wet inside my new apartment very quickly. Shout out to Matthew and Kiernan for making sure everything was handled with care throughout the entire process! The great service and straightforward pricing will be the reason I use Einstein again in the future and now I'll be the friend that recommends them!

I had my move on 5/13. It took the movers over 6 hrs to move a two bedroom apartment that is on the 3rd floor. I observed the movers going at a slow pace like they were running up the clock. It should not have taken that extra time. I made a comment about speeding up and miraculously they did. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my gender. I will never use this company again. My first experience of moving into the same apartment took about 3 hrs. If you get Mark and Claevan, cancel your service!

Easiest and smoothest process ever! Could not have had a better experience! I’ve never hired movers before but decided to do it this time to make things quicker and I am so glad I chose Einstein! They showed up at the beginning of the expected time, extremely professional, protected everything beyond my expectations. They moved so efficiently, quickly and respectfully. As a single woman it’s always a little scary to do something like this but I felt extremely comfortable and safe with these guys. I didn’t have to lift a finger! I wasn’t asked to do anything but sign the contract. They were done in half the expected time which was the minimum they charge and I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received today! Will definitely be using Einstein with all my future moves and recommending them to anyone and everyone! Just superb!
