I was referred here back in 2020 by a classmate. I had a bi-lateral breast reduction on June 27th, 2023 by Dr. Bradley Eisemann. Best experience i’ve ever had, staff were very friendly to me and my family. Would definitely recommend Eisemann to everyone.

I absolutely adore my new breasts. I wanted a natural look while still being in proportion with my body and my expectations have been totally surpassed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bradley and would look to use him for other surgeries in the future. 10/10 loved the experience

DON'T GO HERE! Iwas referred to Dr. Michael Eisemann by my insurance company for evaluation of facial paralysis from an injury. I had previously had three nasal surgeries and Dr. Eisemann told me my nose had never been repaired. Odd, but I said okay. He performed facial surgery and nose surgery. Still not sure what type was done as when I went for my preop, the documents said rhinoplasty, but Madeleine (nurse) said she had to change them because it was a septo-rhinoplasty. When I went to the hospital for pre-op, they showed a rhinoplasty as well. Recently, Dr. Eisemann referred to it as a rhinoplasty. So I'm not sure what was done.

Although I had indicated multiple times that I wanted a smaller nose and the nurse told me I would be able to select my nose and they would show me images of what it would look like - this never happened. I finally gave up trying to be heard. Madeleine told me the doctor would do a great job and it would be beautiful.

Without a doubt, the facial surgery did improve the facial paralysis. For the first time in 11 years, I could wink/blink my eye and had a symmetrical smile. However, my nose now points to the left and I have a knot behind my ear which feels like the skin was sutured wrong. I asked about this on every post-op visit - Dr. Michael Eisemann did not address the issues until my last visit.

Dr. Michael Eisemann told me the knot behind my right ear is scar tissue. I found this odd since I'm not even 4 months post-op and the knot has been there since the middle of January 2022. I'm not a doctor, but I don't think scar tissue develops within a matter of weeks. He said massaging it will make it go away. I have massaged it constantly - nothing is going away. I now have a deformed ear.

I told Dr. Michael Eisemann that my nostrils now point to the left and its very noticeable. He pulled my file and showed me pictures he took when I came in and said my nose wasn't all that symmetrical to begin with as if to say that it's okay because it was screwed up anyway. He made no attempts to resolve the issues. I'm now left with 2 deformities that I did not have before and Dr. Michael Eisemann will not resolve the issues, unless of course, I pay him more money.

Recently, I was told Dr. Michael Eisemann has to monitor the swelling from the surgery for a year. Obviously, my nose is not going to swell up and my face is doing fine. I see no reason to continue incurring costs for unnecessary office visits. However, i would understand that if either surgical area were to swell, then a visit would be in order.

I do not intend to return to Dr. Michael Eisemann. Maybe his son is better, I don't know, he was not my surgeon. I am happy with the results of the paralysis, but again, I'm now left with 2 deformities from his surgery and no funds to correct them.

Please make sure you understand all issues related to your surgery or consult. Do not let the nurse or Dr. Eisemann dismiss your thoughts or what you want as he did me. If you can't get answers, or if they are evasive, go elsewhere.

Honestly, go somewhere else. This doctor's bedside manners are horrible. He didn't listen and dismisses deformities he creates.

Had my surgery here last month and the staff and surgeon were awesome. They took really good care of me before and after my surgery. Daisy and Paige have been very helpful! Highly recommend!

Office is clean, the staff is always friendly and Dr B. Eisemann has been amazing since the first consultation. I am 6 months post op and they have been very helpful the entire time with my many questions. Dr. Eisemann is a great surgeon.
