This is traditional Mexican food, not TexMex. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent.
I prefer TexMex food though.

Everything delicious honestly the place I have been to! Try there aguas frescas very recommended prices are fair! I ALWAYS STOP HERE FOR THE BEST FOOD!

A variety of different culture combination and rual inputs cannot squeeze squander or scrape tradition from tried and true made mostly from heart and whatever ingredients you can afford. By wearing obesity without shame show blessings have been given in regarding culture culinary hasn't been forever forgotten. And lunch isn't for the patient beans. Judge and ye should come to fruition that your child issues the final decision in all that is to bring you favor so know your flavor. San Antonio is riddled with horrible cuisine from every nation. Not unlike most of the whole world. How sad. Just do it right like chef Rodrigo. Just do it exactly like Rodrigo. I judge Spanish/Mexican? Food from the reality that history reported that ingredients were somewhat sparse even though persona wise we behave determined that we're the richest of the richest. So i can judge every aspect of a Hispanic Latino Mexican restaurant by one menu item. Alone. Believe me brother. If you're planning along the lines of passing their way. Don't pass by El Bracero. BEING as delicious as they truly ARE i eat truly authentic delicious south of the border food right at Southcross San Antonio TX. Because im so blessed. And because im filthy rich and i only play three chords. Try El Bracero It's going to be a huge Hispanic success. Just try and prove my enchiladas expertise wrong. Ole!

I live right around the corner so location earns this place its first star. The staff is always friendly earning its second star. The food flavor, temperature, and quality earns the rest!

Ordered 6 tacos and some beans, it cost $17. I didn't think while I was paying, but that is extremely expensive for garbage tacos. I got 3 carne asada, and 3 Al pastor. I thought they would be on corn tortillas, but they were flower. The Al pastor was old and had a bad odor, the carne asada was bland not crispy, and just no flavor. The beans just had juice and mostly onion, barely any beans. I will never go back.

One staff was very rude.just don't go when it's close to the place closing you'll definitely get an attitude from the staff.
Couldn't stay and enjoy my food had to leave because of staff.

The food was ok, the service was not good. I stood by the register for about 5 min before anyone acknowledged me.

Food was basic I feel like they served me meat that had been made earlier in the day, it tasted old and tuff, chips are all microwaved? Even the nacho chips came back a few time to give them a chance last time I'll be wasting my money there sad day.

This place is awesome! 3 tacos before 11am for under 4$ and their chips and queso is a must have!

The food is good and cheap. Chips and salsa awesome. Before 11a.m, 12 tacos for $12. Never catch this place real busy. Good spot, on the corner of Southcross and Clubview Dr. Always see people walk to it since it is in the middle of several neighborhoods.

Had a terrible experience the food was awful only one waitress was nice and they made mistakes on purpose I would never ever go back there again very unprofessional just very sloppy

The food is not that good. It's not very clean. Staff is all over the place. Some people r rude

I like their delicious food they have. Especially their Pork Chop plate, ummm.delicious! So close to my home but I will say this, their food prices are expensive.but good food. So I still will continue to buy my tacos there as well!

Good food, good service and very inexpensive. Really good cheese enchiladas and delicious breakfast tacos and pancakes. Only complaint I have is no dessert menu. I eat there at least once a week.

Overpriced restaurant.it doesn't live up to its standard on the Southeast side of San Antonio.eating here you will pay for your doggie bags & to go cups.
