El Bucanero - Blanco, San Antonio TX

Great food and great service, Gina is always so nice and help make sure I can enjoy my food at lunch making sure everything is correct and I don’t miss anything, Thank u for that Gina, u always take care of me with a great smile and make sure I got my salsa.

Wait time for a table was very fast. My friend placed her order and it came out in less than 10 minutes. Superb customer service and a fantastic dinning experience. The staff was very attentive asking us if we needed more refills, salsas, etc. Definitely will come back again soon.

Whenever we are in San Antonio we have to stop at El Bucanero for lunch or dinner at least once! Always get Great Customer Service And the food is always awesome!

I order a shrimp cocktail and it have any avocado and I did not received crackers. Also if the waiter know that the cocktail needs Valentina and the toastada de ceviche needs hot sauce he should bring it ASAP. The customer shouldn't be asking for does items. The food was ok it could be better if the owner would pay attention to the quality of the food and appearance

The carne asasa taco was amazing. Tried the fried fish and shrimp and neither was good. If I go back I'll stick to the tacos.

Went pre pandemic. Great food and fairly fast. Friendly staff. A little crowded and servers were pitted with a lot of tables with a mix of large and small groups but seemed able to handle it without a hitch. The only thing was refills took longer than one would expect but still not enough to lose a star in my book. Huge menu, great drinks, and fair prices. I'd recommend it for sure.

We usually love this place, but today we did not enjoy the experience. The host outside was on the phone and never looked up as we asked how long the wait was. He did not look in our direction and kept typing away on his phone for the duration of our conversation. We left and he did not care at all

Great seafood and a little bit of non seafood for those who don't like seafood. Outside place and lots of cool drinks

Be prepare for a long wait at pic hours. Sometimes when restaurants are this busy, the prepping and cuality of food gets sacrifice in the name of speed. Thas is not the case at this restaurant in this particular location. Their food always well prepared and served. Excellent!

Manger wouldn't exchange my food for something else alease so i had to pay for that plus something to eat how horriblable to treat customers
