I love this place. Always consistent and delicious, friendly servers every time. Monday $2 tacos is a deal.

Came here for the lunch special and it was great! Ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were tasty! Service was great too. We'll definitely come back soon!

I'm Friends with the Managers. The Service & The Food is Excellent! They Are Always Happy to See Me. I Will Continue to Support Them

Food quality- It tasted like it was sitting in the cooler just waiting for the day someone might want it. Tasted old. Like leftovers that had taken on another flavor.
Service- Slow to refill drinks and then brought the wrong one.
Portions- Very small. Almost like an appetizer amount.

We heard the booth behind us having the same issues, the customer stated “No, we don’t need anything else, you’d never bring it anyway. “

Menu selection - Seems as if they are trying to have something for every one, but instead, it taste as if nothing for no one.

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely will never come back.

Mediocre at best. I used to really enjoy El Chico.but it just seems like their quality is going down, & the prices are going up.
First time ordering takeout here. I called in the order and was told it would be ready in 15-20min. Got there about 25-30min & still had to wait inside another 10min.
Anyway, I got the Juarez Combo dinner. The Enchiladas were very good, rice & beans were pretty average. Chipe & Salsa had a great flavor & just the right amt of heat
I shouldve just stopped my whole order there. I just decided to get another dinner to try since I was craving Tex-mex. I got the rodeo combo burritos. Seriously not impressed by ANYthing on this whole place. The side cup of beans rancheros was the best part. The burritos we're not good at all in my opinion. I've had better ones that were frozen. Both were shredded beef - one was topped with sour cream sauce & the other with queso. The sour cream sauce was not any good. The queso sauce was pretty good but the overall flavor of the burritos just missed the mark - tasted like cardboard or something.looks good heI don't even want to save it for a meal tomorrow. I ended up throwing it away.

Most everything else could use some serious improvements.

Good food. Had to ask for napkins and a straw, and my table was never bussed even though I had plates and trash neatly piled on the table. The charro beans could use more flavor.

Phenomenal service, great food. Everything g tasted super fresh. Get the apple pie. It’s something special.

It's honestly sad more and more are disappearing, I like this restaurant a lot and this one is one of the best. Worth a visit if you want Mexican food

I always like El Chico, but something was different the last time I went. The salsa had so much more flavor! Not sure what they did different, but it was definitely a step up! The chicken fajitas were also more flavorful. I will not wait so long to eat there again!

Getting to it can be weird bc the highway is under construction for the foreseeable future. Food is awesome and they serve more than what's on the menu so if a tex-mex favorite isn't on there ask to make sure.

I've eaten here twice, both experiences were positive. The staff was what really stood out. We had two different waiters, both seemed to have been employed here for some time. All of the staff seemed happy, cheerful and welcoming.
The drinks were great. I recommend the frozen piña coladas and strawberry margaritas.
My sister likes the chips and queso. The salsa is nice too.

The coke was really good! Extra carbonated and just right on the syrup. Would go back just for the coke!

Let's go go go, love it. Bummed out, got nachos to go _$12.00 only had 4 nachos, they wer good but not, _$3.00 each good. That was last month, tonight's to go meal was free, and good, going back in a few days.

Everyone who works here so super respectful. The food is always so fresh. They always have super cool deals everyday. I love going here.

Tex-Mex did that is always reliably good with a pretty large menu of options. Excellent friendly service.

Food was great my waitress was awesome had to stay the night this restaurant was near my hotel I walked over to them.
