I really enjoyed the car wash, but after leaving I saw a chunk of paint off my vehicle. I called and asked them if that happened while washing as I’ve had body work done to the car and need to know. They came back and said yes it was during washing. The dishonesty that no one told me until I called after getting home and had to ask is extremely frustrating and would not recommend for that reason alone.

They did a fantastic job detailing my mom suv
But my Ray Bands, her disability sticker, insurance card and spare change (coins) went missing. I advise to remove all your stuff out the vehicle before hand.

I took my 4 door sedan to have the interior cleaned only. When I went to pick it up, on 2 of widows my tint was flaking off. They didn't bother cleaning the other 2 windows. When I ask them what happened, they said my interior windows were dirty and the flaking just wasn't showing up until they cleaned them. So I called a local trim shop and they said the place put the wrong chemical on my windows to clean them.
To make matters worse they charged me $175.00, for the inside and outside of the car, which was not done. The owners solution was to wipe the windows down, but the damage is still there.
I would not recommend this business.

This place is always busy and several people I know that work next door at the hospital use them so I decided that it was time for my Jeep to have a thorough detail. Those people must not have Jeeps or Jeeps with decals. For the most part they did a good job, still some bug spots and they left some streaking, but what really irritates me is they jacked my hood decal up. When I pointed it out the owners reply was that it’s cheap, put a piece of black tape on it or use a Sharpie. REALLY?

This place is amazing! Is work in construction with my vehicle and they got it cleaned up and made me feel like I was driving a brand new car! It was spotless.

I went to wash my wife’s car. Talked to Mario he gave me a price of $30.00 to wash the vehicle which was a good. Mario told the cashier to charge me $30 and not $45.
I guess you get what you pay for. The cashier told her crew not to clean my windows as they have stains and to just do a light vacuum since I only paid the 30 and not the 45.even though Mario the owner said that he would take care of me. I will not go back.

These people spray painted my carpet while I was 8 months pregnant. & watched them take numerous of other spray paint cans to other vehicles: Do not recommend.

No appointment necessary, just pull up and they'll come out to walk you through the services they offer. They had me in and out in about 40 minutes. Of course with the speed you trade out accurate cleaning, my vehicle came out great overall but had some residue from a dealership sticker I'd removed still on the bumper.
Overall great for the speed and price.

They do a pretty good job and I only get my cars done here. Their prices have gone up pretty high since I started using them. But I guess when you have 3 people cleaning you car it costs more for the labor. My truck used to be $40, then $60. I'll still be using them

Terrible service, when I arrived, they never told me that it included the car wash service, my car is a BMW, and the cretins washed the engine, damaged the sensors and the air conditioning of my car, the owner told us cynically that the customers risked that when they brought him into their business. After arguing with him, the owner agreed to inspect the car. We took him to a convenient workshop, which himself, the owner of El Dorado, said that he did not know the subjects of that workshop and when we arrived, the automotive service manager said that he had already repaired several cars for the owner of El Golden. I GUESS THAT ALL THAT BUSINESS IS A FRAUD, THEY SEE EXPENSIVE CARS AND DAMAGES THEM TO GIVE THE WORKSHOP WORK, in the end, they didn't fix my air conditioner and in the workshop they damaged my car, I suppose it was to get revenge for me telling them I complained about the damage they did to my car and ask for a second opinion so as not to repair it with that workshop, and in the end I ended up paying 1,400 dollars to fix the damage and they still don't t want to repair the scratch they did to my car and after all The car was just as dirty as at the beginning, they only carved the seats WHICH ARE LEATHER AND DAMAGED THEM TOO. I wish I had a before and after pic of my car. I used to work in a weld fab shop. I was dirty every day after work, there were stains everywhere! When my car was finished it literally looked like brand new interior. The only thing that I didn't mind was all the chemical smells for the past 2 days but I understand why they had to do that. Great experience! Thanks! Everyone definitely noticed

When I spotted scratches they told me it's factory defect and walked away, no offer for a resolution of any kind, I heard great things before I took my vehicle but after the detail I had done I will never go back or advertise for them
